G Tolerance is integral to being a fighter pilot. In this video, I talk about what it means to "pull G," what methods or equipment fighter pilots use to combat potential G-Induced Loss of Consciousness (G-LOC), and what measures pilots can take to improve overall adaptation to "g forces."
Near the end of the video, I brainstorm about giving back to the subscribers with some Eagle Jet goodness. Let me know what you think as this channel keeps growing!
I also continue to showcase this combat mustache that just won't quit. You're welcome.

I'm an F-15C pilot with a passion for fitness and food. I post content related to my goals both in and out of the squadron in the hopes of encouraging a fit lifestyle for anyone who drops by. I look forward to questions and comments about nutrition and exercise science, fighter pilot life in general, or other topics that can help make this channel helpful and fun for everyone.
