Unfortunately much of the internet is unregulated 🤷🏼‍♀️ Harassment (aside from maybe threats on your life) aren’t really dealt with.... all the lobbying social sites and internet based companies did eons ago gave way to lax oversight (really no oversight) 😒 some politicians have and are trying to change it but it’s hard as internet based companies have so much power and influence now 🤷🏼‍♀️ They really need to get back to “for the ppl”

Someone needs to honestly sue her. What she is doing is cyber bullying and the fact that it is minors are involved proves she really has this victim mentality that will never end. This wouldn’t hold well in a court of law and she knows that, so instead she is sending fans to bully and harass and it’s really just pitiful.

If any of those kids signed, she could be in trouble. Their parents can also sue her. You can’t intimate & coerce children into signing legal documents stating those children can never speak about you on the internet forever. The contracts aren’t structured like NDA’s, there’s no specific content, they just can never mention her again .... she knows that’s not a legal document... that’s also not even how you legally serve someone. She could definitely get the daylights sued out of her in a civil case. Had the documents been signed or if she actually sent any that she made & kids believed it, she could be in criminal trouble. You can’t fake a legal process to trick a child into signing a contract. Fraud is a crime, coercion of a minor, coercion in general is a crime. & it’s pretty laid out, she did it on a public platform. She needs to watch her behavior. She’s going to end up going way too far & ruining her whole life just to spite a few children.

by the way, the groups were made on discord if anyone is confused :,) that’s why they keep mentioning chats and stuff. gabbie has a discord server for her patreons. the other group that was reviewing the service wasn’t made on like patreon or something, but on discord. also, the person that wrote the google doc was a discord moderator on gabbie’s server, which i find relevant. she tried to make the service better but gabbie ignored her and would get offended. gabbie is so insane.

The group was on discord not patreon. It was supposed to be a fan group for people who were paying on patreon and then they made their own separate discord and gabbie joined both of them because someone leaked everything.

as someone who suffers from anxiety myself i can see her struggling with the lack of control she is experiencing. she mentions that people are talking about her and accusing her of things a whole lot, and she clearly feels that she cannot control any of it from happening. i get that's horrible, but to threaten actual kids, is just misplaced anger from her part. i hope she finds some kind of peace within herself and gets off of the internet soon.
