Before you comment telling us this in not a Mariah Carey song. We know this was originally done by Foreigner. The version Gabriel is covering is not that version. The Foreigner's version does not use clapping in the instrumentals nor do they do a whistle note. This is the Mariah Carey version Gabriel is covering. He even credits her on his own channel.

Gabriel is the male version of Whitney and Mariah, no other male singer sings their songs like Gabriel. Gabriel's performance on America's Got Talent 2023 will be on June 6th, be sure to watch it.

Has tons of amazing covers: "I have nothing" (Whitney Houston) and various from Mariah, "My All, Hero, Lead the Way", "Stand up" is truly amazing, as well as "And I'm telling you"

How have yall reacted to all these mariah covers yet never mariah carey herself?😭 Shes probably the best to ever do it too her voice is OUT OF THIS WORLDDD. My first recommendations are -Mariah Carey “Vision of Love” live at Oprah 1992 -Mariah Carey “Emotions” either the studio version which has a video or live at Worcester 1993 (vocal showcase) by a channel called MIXANDMTCH (it has to be the one by this channel) which this performance doesnt have actual footage its just the audio but its one of her best performances in her entire career. -Mariah Carey “Vanishing” live at SNL 1990 -Mariah Carey “Lead the Way” vocal showcase (this song is from her 2001 album called Glitter and she does it the best, nobody has ever done this song like how she did it, which is the original way to do it, its INCREDIBLY hard to sing) …To be completely for some of the performances of songs i listed she has WAY better ones but those are really poor quality and audio footage, but they contain her ACTUAL best vocals that r honestly mindblowing so if yall are interested in those let me know. Anyways much love!!❤️
