Its the swedish way of thinking. To be humble and never call yourself the best. Show it and dont talk about it. The only exception we have in Sweden is Zlatan and for me i love Zlatan but in Sweden alot of ppl hate him cuz of his arrogance and cockyness
Fortunate enough to have watched the Avs win 3 cups. Unfortunately, that also means I’m really old! 😆. Out of the three championship teams, this one was special. Mostly because I watched them build into what they are today. Worst to first!
actually, for between 52 and 65 years. once a ring gets filled with teams and names, they replace the oldest ring with a new blank one. the oldest ring goes on display in the HHOF. 1 ring has 13 teams on it when full.

You could just tell after they got out of that bad start to their season, this team was gonna do some damage. With how dominant they were, I could definitely see them repeating.

This group of guys has to be the best group of personalities in hockey. Such amazing dudes all up and down the roster. Unreal. I wanted to be at this parade more than anything in life; seeing the boys win the cup was the happiest I’ve ever been in 29 years of life. Cheapest flights i could find were 800 bucks :/
