@@sepi846 I know. *facepalm*. They sound like morons when they fawn over everything some white person says. This lady learned everything from our own ancestors and she is regurgitating that here. Then the moronic youth go "oooh!" "aaaaah" about something they could have read in our own shastras equally well. It is fucking tiresome to see comment sections of people using terms like "Guru" "Rshi" etc. in such a cheap manner.
Well Sanskrit is a scientific language in Bharat which unfortunately ur ancestors too were part of but now u lost it. Here we r taught only basics now , thx to our politicians. But now hopefully things r changing.
She's amazing beyond doubt. Indian youth asking questions about basic Sanskrit Grammar, something that they should have learned in secondary school education, is something alarming. Just a simple observation: Just look at her posture, so upright, as taught in Yoga and Indian cultures. Just look at his posture, with a curved spine. These are the visible indicators of a deeper problem. We have abandoned the soul of our teaching, and now trying to adopt it back as part of some following of western. We depend on western approval, and in that we do not catch the profound meaning of it.
200 yrs as a British colony has completely enslaved us, mind and soul. We are so ready, to denounce anything that is Indian and embrace and praise that which has the faintest scent of he Occidental. To be truly independent we need to reclaim what was ours, re-educate ourselves, reassess that which has been left to us by our forefathers and write our own history.
@@VitthalGucci “ To reclaim what was ours “ is a bad word fr pseudo seculars ,n communal.fr other religious persons in this country.now. It’s a shame Sanskrit is not a common language now a days. Much needed for spiritual advancement. 54 alphabets of Sanskrit * 2 (108) + 4(dormant)+2 outside the body=114 energy centers (chakras). 7 main
Sanskrit is in the syllabus of some foreign countries.n learning..while in India is a dead language.. Her dress also so decent.so much treasure in that language. Atleast now there r some gurukulas in AP ,n so many scholars who can chant 4 vedas fluently. Proud to say it is a mother of Indian languages. And most parts of India r bound n follow the Sanskrit rituals ,customs only.. fr north to south.
That's not completely true. There are some languages which developed independently. It's hard to see at the begining but its true. The facts and evidence are there. Sanskrit is already great. We don't need to claim false things to make it more great.
I don't believe my ears. Here's an English woman, with an impeccable pronunciation of English words, explaining to Hindus, the esoteric and spiritual forces hidden in Sanskrit words. Her depth of knowledge of the Sanskrit words, shloks and chants can only come from personal experience! Glory be to you, Gabriella, for in these disturbed times of science and "things", you've attained the deeper meaning of Vach!
Many lifetimes of Sanskrit yes, maybe she was a great Sage. No wonder us Indians are totally mesmerised by her magical voice even when she speaks in English 😍
Gabriella Burnell is most definitely an incarnation of some learned Indian Sage or Rishi. She should have been interviewed by someone with a strong grounding in Indian heritage and culture. Sadly, the compere or interviewer was quite weak. He is of Indian descent and it was quite obvious that he was ignorant of his great heritage.
Yes at 16:46 he is checking his papers when the poor soul Gabriella is starting the chanting and again at 18:26 between the chanting he is having a look at his watch. Really? Does he even have any idea what was he supposed to do.
She should be thankful also that Indians and Hindus, the sanantanis except everybody and any body into their fold. I have not seen the same benevolence extended to others who want to get into theology ... even when frankly their christian theology is but a nail of sanatana dharma.
Gabriella's voice is pure and blissful, full of ananda. As she says, this represents the fruition of sanskaras of several births. We are privileged that she is sharing her knowledge of Sanskrit and Vedanta with us. Thank you.
If she is real brahmin then everyone in the world is a Brahmin. She is pleasant. But, kindly don't misuse the word 'Brahmin'. Moreover, lots of her pronounciations are wrong. But I appreciate her for her efforts and really like for who she is.
Sandeep Tiwariji, I m nt saying about the Brahman who is the member of the first of the four castes of Hindu religion (pant.) bt m saying about the brahmin of Sanatan dharma who are the highest and most respected among people who read the complete upanishad Brahmanit, the doiz who guided others towerds enlightenment. She is constantly doing the same to enlightening others,, have u seen all the episodes of her so far made...no u can't, it will took u to have complete almost 3 n 4 months...

Gabriella ji is great person and asset for the all human kind thank you for enlighten us about the amazing potential oldest language Sanskrit . We are "Dhanya" to hear you
Hello. How sad north and south India still fighting on language issues. Sanskrit is perfect language to reinstate Bharat. I'm not Indian but ancestors were, I'm trying to get connected with my culture, learning sanskrit.
@@karunamoheeputh7354 Not all states r fighting on language issue. Yes in future we hear Sanskrit in foreign countries only. N persons like u r proud of the heredity, culture of this once divine land.
Govt has a big role. A Language grows only when people can make a living out of that. Since English is getting food on the Dinner Table, people opt for that. It is as simple as that.
Sanskrit is a highly vibrational language. It can literally affect all levels of your energy bodies. When I had my spiritual awakening. I found out one of my spirit guides spoke Sanskrit. They summoned the activation of my light body with a Sanskrit chant, while I slept. When I say ananda or bliss...I feel a blissfully cool sensation shift around my light body. Gaia Sanskrit’s music actually allows me to feel the music in my light body through its vibrations.. It’s almost like light language.
same. When I awakened I was guided to Sanskrit and Kirtan songs almost immediately. It is a part of light language, it was created with that intent in ancient times
Sanskrit language has blessed you ...and Scriptures have showered Aashirvad ! Am an old woman n my memory is intact because of chanting and reading rhydmically Gita and Upanishads. Thank you sounds small...stay in aanand always..nandati nandati nandati ewa
I believe that Gabriella ji is playing a very important role in taking us all back to Sanskrit which we in India have been ignoring except for the rushed shlokas being recited by Pundits at religious ceremonies. Rushed because we do not understand them and want it over and done with. We need a revival not just of our traditions but also to understand these beautiful and meaningful shlokas and be blessed by them.
Awesome. I am just becoming interested in Sanskrit from 2018. I found Gaiea's music on YT and loved it. Now as I have subscribed to her channel, I get the computer bringing things like this talk up so thank you both. I am only learning but she is encouraging as I am English too but didn't alas have that great an education though I was ALWAYS keen to learn! Namaste.
Nice to hear her passion for Sanskrit. I love it too. It's interesting to see that Gabriella speaks in the tonation of chanting. If I'm correct that is pentatonic and different from our western talking and sounding which usually has a base tone that we always return to eventually and often at the end of the sentence.
Her knowledge is amazing no doubt. It’s great to see the world interested in ancient indian knowledge & expertise. But, why do we Indians need to learn about how great Sanskrit is from a non-Indian foreign educated scholar? Why do we have this need for a recognition from foreigners, especially white people? still in this day and age? Why don’t we have Indian experts and scholars we follow on & give them recognition & validations they deserve? It’s high time we have Indians scholars to follow, so we can see how great Sanskrit is & learn from them, straight from the horses mouth & not a external diluted source.
Of course there are wonderful teachers in Bharat. Only, they do not go about advertising themselves. One of our traditions has always been that the SHISHYA must be the one who seeks to learn from a Guru. If you, or anyone has the desire to learn, the guru will emerge.
If there is a greater shame to get what we have .... From someone foreign to us . Not knowing our heritage to the point of feeling embarrassed to even repeat after her . Hope we understand our heritage and learn our sanskrit just like we perfect our English and other foreign languages .
This is very true. I have started reading sanskrit literature and the mahabharata aloud to myself, and it literally transforms my entire being!! I wonder how many indians have started studying sanskrit after watching all these folks. None.
So joyful and enlightening talk. She is my favorite on RU-vid..Mass herd culture and blind consumerism have literraly killed our souls and Sanksrit is the way out of this doom casued by our own wrongheaded rush for material life that doesn't seem to have an end.
Gabriella, you are beyond amazing. I could listen to you for ever. Your words make me happy inside. I can feel the vibration in my heart. It seems like the greatest happiness I've ever experienced. You are pure love. I wish you could be my teacher, one on one.
Gabriella, I like your explanation which makes a lot of sense that you started learning and hearing Sanskrit at a very early age....ie from the time “dot” from the safety of your mother’s womb and then graduated further from the age of 4 when you were growing up on earth! Well done for not dropping out and graduating all the way, to you now teaching and showing the world the power of Sanskrit! May your amazing teachings long continue into the next generation. Best wishes, 🕉🙏🕉Shanti Shanti Shanti 🎼chant away.......
I was listening and stopped just just arounf 4:10 to write this comment: It is soimpressive how she says sanskruta rather than anglicized 'sanskrit' - beautiful, meaningful!
Thank you for such talks that is going to help all Indians to understand and feel the importance of chanting & of Sanskrit language. India is in need of such awareness sessions to come out of the mindset of looking down on their own self, to break the shackles of the long time fed colonial description of Indians as barbaric, nomads and white man's burden.
Its amazing to me how a colonized mind, like the one that I have, is more at ease to have a foreigner (no offense intended towards her) tell us how good we have it already. We are the designers, the creators of this beautiful language, perhaps even a language of gods, or a means to get to it... Its a longing that can't be explained in this language that i am using currently...perhaps they will adopt and make it their own and then the colonized minds like that of mine can get the cognizance to accept whats ours to begin with...
@@hayekianman one contributes nothing to a language especially one Sanskrit. One only receives. The language is near perfect and can't be improved upon by the likes of me and I am humble enough to understand that. Whats yours?

She is one of the many true living reality of that state of 'Yoga' (union of the mind, body & spirit) which is the ultimate reality & goal that one must seek. One of the paths is through 'Bhakthi Yoga', by chantting of vedic Sanskrit mantras, which, when pronounced & chanted in a certain frequency, with the right understanding of their singificance(meaning), connects one' soul, directly to the source of its origin & you merge with that ONE true reality from which there is no return. 🙏🙏🙏

Yes it's true I also experienced it when I attended spoken inglish classes.it is a highest level of happiness that prevails when you speak and think about it.
Took 6 years of Sanskrit in school. Sad to say I have forgotten everything:-( My grandfather (Pt. Durgadhar Jha) was a professor of Sanskrit in Banares. Sanskrit, Latin, and Persian form the basis of almost 99% of the languages.
Sanskriti has tremendous influence on humanity.I firmly believe that people like Gabriella doing their best in this direction.Vasudaika Kutumbam in people through this type of transformation is possible. Jai Bharat🙏🙏🙏

She is carrying her past life of fragrance and purity. Excellent. Indians need to understand the importance of SANSKRIT and our great parampara and vedic culture
She is carrying what this life has given her. There is no past life. We have one life. Yes, our consciousness can disintegrate go back into the pool. But it can never integrate back to the same person. Like cloud to water to cloud. The first and second cloud is not the same cloud.
