riggy g predecessor willy r had designated kws helicopters for his transportation....why use military or police helicopters... james remember garissa attacks the airplanes were busy excuse??? helicopters from the military should only be used by the military and any person they rescue, same with police ...they are a necessity to ensure those institutions carry there responsibilities to kenyans. even fire brigade helicopters, helicopter ambulances they are functional period. we should have specific helicopters for both president and deputy president and a designated body to operate them.
