People really need to watch this band,they are really good.

Yes, they are good in the same way that about 200 or so active rock bands from Japan are good including many all-girls or female-fronted bands. My playlists are full of these bands. Japanese are not cringe like Millennials / Gen Z are in the USA. Japanese are willing to work and to work hard to achieve. Millennials / Gen-Z expect fame to come freely along with their participation trophies and the lifetime of mostly single mommies along with school teachers blowing smoke up their backsides.

@@johnp.johnson1541 John! You're taking it out on the WRONG PEOPLE! The problem is the AMERICAN MUSIC INDUSTRY! They've been pushing the same redundant garbage for over 36 years! People with the power everywhere do the same thing. South Korea pushes K POP; but not bands like Rolling Quartz or DIH! Vintersea is popular in Europe; but they're a West Coast Band! The problem is M3D1A C0NTR0L! Also, no one in America is investing in Education, much less the Arts! I went to public school! From Elementary School we learned: Art History, the History of Music, International Folk Music, Classical Music, Jazz Theory, the Formation of Civilization, from Ancient Egypt to Modern Day, Constitutional Law, and the Abolitionist Movement in America. Most of these subjects are illegal in the state of Florida today. Maybe the real problem in America is: Politics over Education, Business over the Arts, and Money over People.

I thought the stage would be an issue at first but ended up loving it, this was my 10th time seeing them live and by far the closest I’ve ever been the energy was off the charts - the long haired dude in front of KOGA at the beginning of the vid

If I knew that Gacharic Spin was playing in Houston, I would have drove down from San Antonio! I'm sorry I missed this! You can't categorize their Music! And, There's nothing like them! Someone needs to announce when they're playing in the US.!

Gacharic Spin play power pop and dance rock. Their music can be classified with ease. Good luck!

@@johnp.johnson1541 Hi John! Yeh! I don't Know. I wouldn't call "Tamashii" POP! And, I really don't know what Dance Rock is; except back in the 60's and early 70's I used to play mainly Top 40's music in clubs for people to dance to. Gacharic Spin dances on stage, but I haven't seen their audience dance. I would definitely say their Music is HIGH ENERGY! As well as Rock, their Music has elements of Jazz, Blues, Soul, and even Burt Bacharach like show tunes. So, as far as I can see, they definitely play compositions outside of the box.

@@Russ.Murphy You don't know know what dance rock is but you grew up at least in the 1960s? @@livefancams Hi LFC! I believe Hana and Koga are the same age, somewhere in their mid to late 30's. Oreo is also in her mid to late 30's,but I'm not sure whether she's younger or older than the other two. Tomo-zo is in her early to mid 30's. Yuri is in her mid to late twenties. Ange is 23. My oldest son is 41. So, I wouldn't call any of these ladies Grandma either!

I have seen them a few years ago and liked them, Their live stuff for me is better than lots of studio work. I like their Dollboxx better and am into harder rock and metal. I do cover so many groups, and GS is not in my playlists it is still a great band. call me a casual fan, not a follower. currently into Hanabie a ton, but will be onto something else after a bit.

@fwang3023 He's got live concert fan cams of Gacharic Spin from the 2019 Anime Matsuri in Houston. That was just 3 or 4 months after Angie and yuri joined the band. He's doing a fantastic job of showcasing the band and letting us all see their development. Who cares if he doesn't know every single song name?

@@livefancams It was your video's from 2019 that made me a fan of this band. Ironically I'm standing about 3 feet to your left. I got some videos as well but your stuff is top tier. Thanks again for sharing. I am not a fan of the staging, they need to lose that catwalk so we are all closer to the band, but the performance was everything I was hoping for.

Letting Hana take a solo part seems silly when the band has Tomo-zo.
@Aizix_
@Aizix_ Год назад
What's silly about that when Hana is fully capable of writing a good lead too? I only wish TMZ's solo was 2 or 4 bars longer. Nonetheless she plays some wild leads throughout the whole song.

@@johnp.johnson1541 She can shred, many examples of her playing fast 16ths and 16th note triplets alternate picked for example, even whilst singing, for example what she plays during the chorus to Live Every Moment (16ths at 120bpm), the lead guitar part she plays in her cover of Smells Like Teen Spirit (16th note triplets at 120bpm), many of her harmony guitar parts with Tomo-zo, for example the unison 16ths at 160bpm in Kishikaisei Forever Maybe not for such an endless stream like that video you shared, although I'd argue with much greater musicality, although that will always be somewhat subjective It is however totally irrelevant sharing that video, are you saying only people who can play shred guitar at that standard should even think of taking guitar solos? If that's not what you're saying, why on earth did you share that video or ask the question you did? If that is what you're saying, you're entitled to your opinion I suppose, although it is a severely limiting one
