A full game and then some footage of the Dai Draft Mode from Gachinko Pro Yakyuu. Created by Now Production, who made the Little League World Series games for Wii.
It's got an interesting gameplay mechanism though I don't think it quite works: Hitters have to guess what pitch is coming and in what zone. There are lots of pitch types and lots of potential zones, and even guessing correctly doesn't guarantee a hit. So in practice, no one ever scores.
Then Dai Draft Mode is like a Fortune Street/Monopoly game where you recruit a team. It looks cool but I could not really figure out the mechanics.
