Bill Gaither proves you can be funny without being nasty. He and his “group” (no matter who he has involved in the comedy sketches) are far more enjoyable than most comedians.

I love how Bill has a stutter and he still speaks and sings and also laughs with everyone, I too can stutter at times, especially when my nerves are having a rough day. Bill is someone I really look up to.

I rediscovered the Gaithers afew weeks ago. They are still a joy to watch. I am sorry to say but I keep wondering about GVB post Bill's departure or God forbid incapacitation. He has built an admirable enterprise and his character has been unsullied by the nasty stuff that affect such successful people. God has been good to him and his dear wife. I am full of admiration and love for them.

While the comedy was priceless and Bill Gaither has a great deadpan, let’s not forget how difficult that song is to sing. That chorus is all over the place going four different directions ending on the word sky. OA Parris was part musical genius and part madman…
