👍🏾Aww man I was so shocked one of these methods worked. I used the smack method. I hit it on my hand for a bit and then something hard like a side of a table and it came on. Thanks man I'm glad I watched your video. I have an a lot of important stuff on there.

Smacked my son's phone against my palm a few times and it came back on. Guessing the connector for the screen moves a bit over time due to heat and general stress. Thanks dude

I do kot know what really happened, I was on a vall and it got cut off and then when I tried to make another call the screen just went black and that was since earlier in the day. Ok so my phone is new just got it a week ago and the screen comes on and off it first flickered light went dim then off so I did the restart method u showed volume and power button the screen showes Samsung logo and cricket logo just fine but then when it gets to my lock screen its just black and I can feel the vibration from the Lock screen but no picture. So Idk

The phone became stuck while i was on a call then it was turned off. Now the phone is on a bootloop. It is not turning on. Please help.. it shows the samsung logo and keeps showing it when i try to turn it on.

TIL pressing the power button rapidly 5 times triggers a call to 911. Also, it's impossible to abort that call if your display is not working correctly. The dispatcher was very understanding. At least the emergency call function is better than the old Nokia phone feature of calling 911 when the # button was held down (my toddler found that many years ago). Also, the emergency call feature also flashed a UI up on half the screen briefly, which was somewhat encouraging, and also concerning. Volume Down + Power button to restart did get the phone working again.

Will this work if the screen is completely black with no sound and the charging signal doesn't even come on? Because all that happened was that my phone was updated, and after I updated it, I left it to let everything set in, and after it came on, I deleted a few apps and updated my files, so when I powered off the phone with the power off button, I put it away, and when I woke up in the morning, it would not turn on, so please tell me how I can fix this or what the best method is for it. I'm looking for people with the same issue as me.

@@luisgamer9820 No I have not, but I saw something that said that with the new A23 brands that the update is shutting down all the phones, so I'm not sure if that issue has been fixed.
