People picking up massive, colorful canisters just for what's supposedly just whipped cream charging gas is just weird on its face to me. A can for solely culinary use like in a restaurant would not look like THAT. It reminds me of those colorful packages for weed. Someone is definitely trying to sell a drug through a loophole, even if their website says "hey, guys, don't inhale this".

I did not know galaxy gas was a real thing. Whenever someone said or I saw it in a meme, I thought it was just a concept. Like a vape pen that contained star dust or something that god would smoke to relax.

I May be wrong on this but I'd like to slightly expand on what a chatter said but I am no medical professional so take this all with a grain of salt: The reason why inhaling non toxic glasses like for example Nitrous Oxide is so dangerous, is because you aren't breathing in CO2. The way your body knows if it's breathing or not is by the CO2 levels in your blood, don't exhale and those become too much telling you to do so, vice versa if too little is in your bloodstream. Things like NoS don't give your body any CO2 which is why it is, as far as I am aware, in the most literal way of saying this: Impossible to tell of you are suffocating if you are not breathing at least a little CO2

Here's my down to earth argument not to do nitrous: it's a lot like taking a tiny hit of salvia, but much shorter. If you do it for a bit (I mean under an hour) you'll notice a bitter taste. If you look in the cream dispenser, you'll find a thick, dirty, black oil. That's what you've been tasting in the stuff you're inhaling

Using whippets sounds stupid to me, but the real issue I see here is the concealment of what is ostensibly drug sales. If you're gonna engage in business that comes with health risks, make it reasonably transparent so people know what is being bought, the REAL purpose for which the product is being sold and used, its effects on people, and who it's actually being sold to. This Atlanta based business MAY be selling their stuff for whipped cream because they figured "hey, why not branch out with all these products we have for some non-drug uses? There's money there too!" but I highly doubt it.

I'm 100% sure this company is breaking some federal laws. The government just has to do their job and protect kids.

A bit if a correction, NO2 (nitrous) isnt explosive at all. What it is, it a higher percentage oxygen than regular air. 66% for nitrous to around 20% ish percent for regular air. It acts as a oxidizer, so if you use nitrous instead of air in a fire or engine, you can put that much more fuel in the engine, making a larger explosion. More air (or in this case, a higher concentration of oxygen), means more fuel, which means more bang.

For the record, Zander is used to shitty canned whipped cream, the Gal Gass whipped cream actually did look MUCH closer to real hand whipped cream. That doesn't .ake gal Gass worth it though.

I tend to believe that in a significantly better world, drugs would not have to be illegalized; that anyone with a full understanding of what they are getting into could "try" anything, either going on to not care for it or use responsibly That all being said, those giant canisters terrify me. That is clearly being marketed towards children, and I hope any person with minimal knowledge could see that and have a good idea the damage it could do. This is why I only use the little chargers. One thing I've found is that it's extremely easy to take a whole lot in a single setting. I can't tell you how many times I've started a 50+ box of whippets and before I realized it, I'm already scratching the bottom of the box. These galaxy gas tanks look infinitely easier to overuse. This is why I make sure to heavily moderate whatever substances I use.

i gotta disagree on this one. i dont see how a cannister of nitrous is marketed to poor, urban people while selling at 50 dollars a cannister. i think youre being a little alarmist here. seems like this is more marketed to places like bars, chefs, etc.

The safety issue I see with those tanks, apart from hearing that they are very dirty, is that the tank is going to get very, very, very cold if you use it the same way you'd use the small chargers. The single chargers can get the dispenser cold enough to cause frostbite on the lips and tongue. Don't ever entertain the idea to vent one of these directly into your mouth

When I was a kid I needed an oral surgery to fix my gums and they gave me flavored laughing gas. Specifically because I was a child and the idea of breathing in strange gas through a mask strapped to my face was a lot less scary if it tasted like strawberries. It is absolutely to appeal to kids.

According to the website, "An average whipped cream charger contains 8 grams of N2O under pressure and is non-refillable." So I guess that's how much is in it. The website has disclaimers showing up that it's illegal to inhale the product and "DO NOT INHALE." Don't think that's gonna stop it.
