You are a good teacher because you explain EVERY DETAIL. I appreciate this because some of us need more instruction than others. I have been beading for 25 years an you are my favorite instructor. Thanks Kelly!
This is all so very intricate. I didn't understand much of the bead lingo, but just watching you work is so awesome. While we are quarantined, videos like this make the world brighter, and easier to handle.
THANK YOU once again, for making another one of your OUTSTANDING, EXTREMELY INFORMATIVE video tutorials!☺ You're BLESSED to have been given such SPECIAL "gifts", & you're so KIND to share your "gifts" of art, intelligence, knowledge & creativity, with everyone! You & your efforts are GREATLY APPRECIATED!🤗
Really beautiful just wanted to say thanks for showing the step up a few times, I now understand what to do when stepping up. Some people make things look so hard and complicate things, you are not one of these people, you take your time to show us what to do and repeat steps which I find very, very helpful. You are one of the best teachers on youtube by far. Thanks for sharing :)
Hi Kelly,i really like this Galaxy Pendant & the tube Necklace is absolutely Gorgeous, love the colors of these tube Necklace so Thank's for this fun project! You are an excellent teacher & designer Kelly i really enjoy watch your tut. vids.!
Hi Kelly. Another winner!! I absolutely love this pendant and the color choices you've used in your examples are beautiful. I can't wait to give this a try. Thank you!
What are the colors you are using for the delicas and seed beads in the video? I didn't hear you say. Is it just sliver lined crystal? They seem to give off a purple or blueish hue but I wasn't sure if that was just the lighting or if it is the beads.
QUESTION: Kelly, what is the actual name of the lovely 18mm rivoli?? I love this! You are THE best instructor, ever! Thanks so much for all your tutorials and step-by-step directions!
Hi Kelly (I hope I've spelled your name correctly). I started watching tutorials about 6 weeks ago and I've seen LOTS of them. My purpose in writing is simply to let you know that, by far, I enjoy your tutorials so very much more than others I've watched. Your instructions are clear, your style conversational and friendly and your designs lovely. Thank you :-).
Another way to to put the thread through the head of the needle is to squish the tip with a chain nose pliers. I have used your method when I don't have the tool. Only because when I use my finger it sometimes frays. Hope that helps.
I would love to find tuturial on bezeling flat back beads. I bought some cheap plastic flat backs to practice, and I 2:21 can find no tuturial . Do you have any?
Hi Kelly. I have learned so many techniques from watching your great videos. You are patient and explain things in great detail...thank you for teaching me how to bead! I have a finding question. I found an earring finding that i love, but i don't know what to do with it. It is tear dropped shaped with three small circles across the bottom of the drop, and of course, one circle at the top for the earwire. I figured it would be best to do a drop earring, but how do i attach each drop to the little circles? How long should the entire earrin g be when completed? The finding itself is about an inch long. Thank you for your help. Diane Welch Logan Ohio
I love the exact colors that you are using in this video, I can't seem to find these colors on your website. I am interested in purchasing these same colors (seed beads, delicas, crystals and the 18mm rivoli). Can you let me know if they are available?? Thanks!!
Hi Pat. Go to google.com and do a quick google search for "how many delicas to encase a 27mm rivoli" and you will get loads of helpful info on this subject!
This is so beautiful ! I have everything but the necklace. Can you order the necklaces separately ? I would love to buy some of those. Thank you for sharing this with us. 🤗💖
Ms Kelly thank you for your wonderful beading tutorials, just love them. I bought a bunch of 18 mm rivolis from a certain place but when I try making this pendent with exactly the same amount of beads it is so huge that the rivoli has'nt got a chance to stay put. When I called the place and asked about the 18 mm they came with all excuses and tell me to ask you what I'm doing wrong? Lol.....I think the rivoli is not the size they tell me and I'm so mad!!!
I am working on the pendant right now, the colors are 18mm Rivoli in Crystal AB,.... the Delica 11/0 is number DB41 which is a Silver lined Crystal, the size 15 seed bead is also a Silver lined Crystal, and the 3mm Bicones are Turquoise AB2X.... My first ring of Bicones are flopping all over the place and I used a lot of tension.. now what to do?...
I just saw your video on the Galaxy pendant, certainly wished I had seen it in January, would have gotten free necklace with the kit. 😩. Do you have a pattern for the necklace, I’d love to see what kind of beads you used. Fabulous video❣️❣️❣️
Hi, I love your video and was able to get peyote stitch really well thanks to your tutorial. When it came time though to close in the back of the piece, I couldnt close it in because after my 11's and 15's it got too loose and I didnt know how to reduce it more. Do you have a video to solve that problem or some instructions I could purchase? Thanks again, Ellen T
I did it! I bought your kit a couple days ago and mustered up the courage to make it. With your super fantastic instructional video I had no problem. I am thrilled with the finished piece. However, I would love to know how to make the matching mesh tube necklace!
Hi Kelly, Love, love this pendant. The colour choices are wonderful. I will have to wait to include 3mm bicones in my next order - can't wait. If you filled in the back of the pendant you could attach a broach pin. I think it would make a gorgeous broach. What do you think?. I might make the broach first then the pendant. Love the beaded chain. Do you buy it like that or do you buy the netting part then fill it with beads? It also might make a great bracelet. Thanks for the video. Your friend in beading Chris from OZ.
could you do a tutorial on the tube necklace at all, i made a tube bracelet with moonstone, and used ribbon ends on it, but your ends on yours look so much better, please can we see how to do this, thank you, love love love this pendant xxx gorgeous xx
you called the thread end of the needle a head growing up i knew it as an eye NOT saying your wrong i just got confused for a second keep up the good work!
Y el procedimiento??? Muchas veces sólo explican,, no es mi idioma, me interesa que lo elaboren . Gracias son trabajos lindos. Esto sólo sucede en este sitio, saludos.
L.A. Davis I was thinking the same thing! I actually just watched an Episode of "Beads Bubles and Jewels" and they demonstrated how to make a tubular chain. I haven't tried it yet, but they used a knitting tube with I believe size 28 wire and you can just drop in beads in the center of the tube as you go, which gives it the gorgeous color in the middle, and the wire encases the beads really well. I too would love to see a video tutorial of how to do it though, especially if she does it differently or has some great tips. 💜
