what's your version? Mine is the exynos one, work really well, samsung does a great work this year on this chip. But still, the SD ones are better at gaming and taking pictures.
I'm seriously considering purchasing one of these. The specs are clearly very impressive on paper. So far from what I see, I love the camera on this device. All of these customizable options are very attractive. I'm coming from a Pixel 2xl, and I love stock android apps, which I see I can freely use on this device. I also love how clean stock android is, and wanted to know from someone that has this device already, how the "bloatware" is on this? Is it possible to uninstall the bloat? Can you turn it all off? Just curious! Also curious if its possible to have call screening, which is an option I like on my Pixel 2xl. The Pixel 5 just doesn't seem like a big enough leap for me to throw down the amount of money it costs., so I've already counted it out of my options.
The device will obviously come with Samsung apps and Google apps that both kind of do the same things. I don't think you can uninstall the Samsung apps from within the phone but you should be able to do so using ADB.
Honestly, the Modern Galaxy Phones are the epitome of excellent. so many features to use that are mostly pragmatic and the cameras a amazing. the design of the 20/21 Series are really nice. Google Pixel 6 Series is awesome if you are into Stock Android as well.
@@icymeow3417 I have 3 different S21 Ultras I use daily(1 for every day use, 1 for gaming, 1 sitting on my table doin nothin since my daughter didn't want it, she wanted to stick with her iphone instead) and have not had anything like that happen to me... And I play Call Of Duty Mobile every night and do run my phone on 120hz at 1440p and max brightness and all game frame rate and all that on the Max... My S20 Ultra used to heat up pretty fast but this one does seem a little different with how hot it gets and how fast...
@@icymeow3417 I have the snapdragon 888 in all 3... If you are buying one, im just throwing it out there that my black one that we don't use is for sale... its the Phantom Black, Unlocked, 512GB... The big boy!!! I'll sell it for like $1200 OBO... I only used it for about a week when she told me she didn't like Androids... But I would DEFINITELY re omens getting the 512GB because there is no expandable memory
I am coming from a pixel, and i loved your perspective!! Really wish google would have released a flagship phone. Samsung has the best hardware but I do wish it was a native google (pixel) experience!
google won't let samsung using pixel ui (if samsung want to) , that's why almost all android manufacturer using their own ui ,because google only let other manufacturer using Android aosp (similar to UI on the motorola or nokia phones) wich is super boring and less features. pixel ui only for pixel (it's not pure android btw, the real pure android (aosp) is on nokia for example) and one ui only for samsung phones. you don't want samsung has similar ui to nokia right?😂
I'm I'm glad I finally know how to disable notifications when swiping down, it made me go crazy how I always had to swipe up to get to the app drawer and click on the search bar to search smth... holy shit.
decided to buy one of these from best buy.. my s10 plus is still going strong but the usb-c charging port is fucked and its to the point it could refuse to charge any day now. after 2 years with it im sad to see it go cause its been faithful af especially on 16hr long shifts when i was a cna.
Just a quick tip in the battery settings if you tap on the graph it will show you which apps are consuming the most battery in my opinion this is important so you know which apps are eating the most battery
Thanks for the tips! I got my S21 Ultra, but I'm having issues with smooth slow motion recording. Not Super Slow Motion, just normal slow motion, it's like the clip is lagging a few frames every now and then. I've updated all software, did a factory reset, nothing works. Any tips for that?

I' think videos like this concerning a phone screen should be shot in portrait mode rather than landscape mode. Seeing all the screen framed on my phone screen would enhance the experience.
This is by far the best guide to the S21 Ultra I have seen and although I am a very experienced Samsung S and Note user, I literally sat here with my new S21 Ultra in the settings screen while watching this video.
He just basically went through all the settings and here I am, holding my phone and stumbling through each of them while having to pause the video ever so often coz I need to think this through aaaand he's not holding up for me. Slow down dude, these are important choices! Great video though.

You spent 5 minutes of a 45 minute video on the cameras which is the strongest point of the S21 Ultra. I suspected some bias up to that point considering the number of opinions you gave on a video that is supposedly about tips and trick. and then... bingo!
Thank you for the tips. I'm having a hard time getting my Rode lav mic to work. I've swapped out the adapters and tried alt mics as well. The only thing that has worked is a Samsung set of old wired headphones (with my USBc adapter). Any tips on getting my Rode lav to record easily with the USBc adapter? I've lost hours of my life trying to get it to work.
I own an s21 ultra the 16gb version and samsung hit the spot wit this one. I'm in love wit this phone. Aside from the lack of sdcard support and a charger i wouldn't change a thing.

I have an issue with Wireless DEX, apparently I cannot shoot the Phone screen to my Galaxy Book Flex (Windows 10 laptop) no matter how I tried, the DEX on my phone found the Laptop but it just won't connect...I wonder if it is the Antivirus software I used or what... but it can be connected wirely....I wonder if you know how to solve it...Thanks!
Just switched from an iPhone to an S21. On the iPhone, I can tap on the top area of my screen and the page scrolls to the top. How do I do that on the S21?
Wish i would of chose this instead of the 13 pro max i prefer this Samsung much more. But i’m choosing this for Christmas this year. 2022 wasn’t my year so far, 2021 wasn’t that great for me either but better then 2022, maybe next year could be better. 2023 could start right with this S21 Ultra, yea i love the S pen i came from a Galaxy Note 8 but i think i want to try something new.
Somehow I made my bubbles linger for 2 min. It's not just with messages tho, if I delete an app (ie: facebook) it'll say the regular "removed facebook" and it'll linger for 2 min and I'm completely unable to swipe it away. It floats over the text and it drives me crazy.
I got mine a month ago I do luv it but I loved my s10+ with ceramic back was amazing with me dropping so im scared of this having problems but the camera is awesome and it's my son who does not lk android but told me this was the best..so we will see im just mad there was no ceramic backing!! Will they come back with it I always try to get the best my past 2 phones have 512 g but I want it to last and be strong !!
Got mine yesterday any tips for pictures. I take alot of my kids, thats mainly why I got yhe phone good camera BUT they all come out grainy and blurry and I am just not a fan. My lg v40 did a good job....with pictures so any advice would be great!
Does it support RCS messaging or is it enabled?? I have the galaxy s20 ultra 5g and it doesn't give me the option to enable it, I'm with AT&T. Btw my s9+ was able to do so
One of the best videos on this subject. I like it very much but my gosh it is so distracting with all the jerky movement with your right hand while your trying to explain things. Again, excellent video though..
