Check out my latest video where I put the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra's zoom capabilities to the test! In this video, we explore the new camera's performance at 5x, 10x, and the much-anticipated 100x zoom levels.
The Galaxy S24 Ultra features a significant change from its predecessor. The S24 Ultra now boasts a 50MP sensor for the 5x zoom, which delivers stunning detail and clarity, making it an upgrade over the S23 Ultra's 10x zoom with a 10MP sensor. However, when pushing the zoom to 100x, the S24 Ultra doesn't quite match the S23 Ultra's performance due to the lower resolution at extreme zoom levels. Despite this, the 5x zoom is where the S24 Ultra truly shines, providing sharper and more detailed images.

Good point. But I didn't have the S23 Ultra on me as I gave it to my sister! But I can assure you that the results are as stated in the video.

In my opinion, on every camera test, the S24U is not sharper, but its clearer and cleaner, thanks to the bigger resolution and individual sensor pixels.

Its more AI on the S24 Ultra. Fax Still the S24 Ultras Cameras are batter, but If you Zoom past 10x in daylight its worse.

@@Greedo1977nope, the physical sensors are actually cheaper (worse). They compensated their money cuts in the s24U with software

Also s24U has better zoom quality from 5x to 9.9x compared to s23U 50MP 5x its actually more useful than 10MP 10x optical zoom

Yeah i rather get better quality from x5 to x9,9 than having a better sensor for 3 pics with x30

But not good for long zoom like 20x-100× , s23 ultra is better than S24 ultra in long zoom

When trying to zoom in on something close like say an ant, my 24 ultra picture frame jumps around and wont land on the target, its a real pain in the bum. Personally, i miss my 23 ultra but my old man loves it. I'll skip out on the 25 but i can't wait to upgrade to the 26 ultra and five this 24 ultra to my old man

I'd still upgrade to the S24 Ultra since 5x is better and the camera is better overall.
