Whats with the code from the old phone? What do you do if you don't have your old phone? Best Buy is making me trade in my old phone at time of pick up and I am not about to let them touch my new S24 Ultra. I plan on setting it up when I get home so I won't have my old phone.

Do you have any idea of what to do if during the Samsung account sign-in part of the set up, it doesn't proceed to the next step? For me it is just sitting at a mostly black screen that says "Samsung Account" and nothing else.

Mine the smart switch won't connect, there's no drop down menu and no on screen icons. The most complicated new phone ive ever had. Just deciding if I should sell it or not.

Question. How do you change the notification sound on a per app basis on the S24 Ultra. It’s not like it used to be. It doesn’t let me change it.

I was coming from an Apple..........but after a day of copying everything from an apple to my android.....I was feeling dirty, filthy, and couldn't feel good, so I reset my S24 Ultra again, but from scratch not including the 13PM, also I sold it the day before just so that I could get that thing out of my house........it went amazing...........
