It’s funny cause I feel like most people would be, since you’d think logically a wraith could easily take a halfling. But her being hard to kill solidifies how she made it this far.
I like the mental image of a Home Alone-style scene of Leiland trying to attack Ruckland, but Galfast and a bunch of halflings have set up random traps, shelves full of cutlery that get knocked over, fireworks, etc, so he's just exasperated the entire time and can't actually kill any of them.
Honestly, I kinduve want to see a sequel to bloodkeep now that is just the Ruckland halflings humiliating the forces of evil while extoling the virtues of egalitarian politics.
@@MrCharles7994 omg, an all halfling campaign where the inhabitants of Ruckland have to "talk some sense into the noggins of the forces of evil" hahaha I can see it now
They wouldn't even need to do that, just he shows up, Galfast happily welcomes him as a friend to Ruckland and then it's just YOU HAVE ALERTED THE HORDE with relentlessly cheerful halflings coming out of the woodwork to greet Leiland as a friend while he just has a total mental breakdown.
@@vraiman16 the best would be not tell matt and then just sit down and wait to be introduced and then brennan just goes hi my name is gal galfast hamhead. Cut to Matt's reaction to his nightmare come back to haunt him
The ultimate for this would be Brennan as a guest. Comes in having kept his character private, sits down, introduces himself as Galfast Hamhead and watches Matt go through a PTSD flashback on the spot.
In some universe Sauron and Leiland would be best friends from having the horrible experience in fighting an undying, pan smacking, genius, of a small person.
"Be well miss longfoot, I'll see you in rockland in short order! I just have some business to attend to." Matt Mercer, grinning happily: *Oh we're doing this!* If I may be so bold to make a suggestion for another supercut, if not already planned: Olag the War King, who just really wants to die.
You absolutely may, and a video of him is already scheduled for this weekend! I’m always happy to take suggestions for videos, even if I can’t get to them right away.
I played a one shot as the son of Galfast Hamhead and Drova Longfoot, named Sigbert. Sigi to his friends. His friends happend to be kids from the Bloodkeep, including Leiland Jr, his long time penpal and teen hood crush. Yes by the end of it Sigi and Leiland Jr confessed to each other and it was perfect.
Escape from the Bloodkeep is a parody of Lord of the Rings from the perspective of the villains; Galfast Hamhead is meant to be Samwise Gamgee. Both names are just funny-sounding
@@Fyreflier I just figured it out it’s actually a clever mangling of LOTR names. Sam’s father’s called Hamfast Gamgee, so Galfast Hamhead switched the syllables around and added a “head” for extra randomness. Praise be to Brennan, king of nerds
@@draxiss1577 Yepp. Bets that Brennan knew this too it WOULD be like him to just swap Tolkieneque names around for comedy - except that it’s such obscure comedy that almost no one except diehard nerds would get it
The fact the king of the Legally Distinct Nazgul got humbled in a 1v1 with a lesbian hafling gardner honestly made me double over with laughter when I first watched this! The fact she managed to survive and escape was honestly my favorite part of the entire campaign
Jokes aside, Leiland likely had that fight in the bag. She had 36 hit points left, and he had been steadily dealing damage. Not his fault Marcus decided to kill-steal.
