When you buy roasted almonds, they almost always have too much salt, and sometimes they'll have sugar.
We decided to make our own which are much more satisfying for a Keto snack, because instead of dry roasting, we roasted them in olive oil.
Then for an added kick, we put in a 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper!
When the almonds cool down, the olive oil gets absorbed into them.
You'll only need a few of them to satisfy your "snack attack."
