Makes sense for a healer who’s base heal whiteout any extra stats or LC is almost as strong as others healers that are built Then you roughly build him and he just heals for 3k on skill Plus he’s the first healer since Natasha that is hot AND fun to use
My maxed loucha only heals about 2k on skill and ghallager has base 1699x at least 10% healing effectiveness bonus Only problem is he can't cleanse until e3
Hes more than that, hes a debuffer support and breaker with break damage buffs so hes gona stay super relevant with boothill release compared to just his acheron niche speciality
Fu Xuan is my team 1 sustain but I've spent the entire year relying on Bailu as my team 2 sustain; it's mind boggling how much his flat heal recovers compared to Bailu, especially with Outgoing Healing boosts. Dude's got Penicillin or something in that can.
Kinda insane when a 4 star can be compare a 5 star loucha. It is definitely worth it for everyone to invest in him assume you don't have luocha or you lack materials for a 5 star. Although needs 4E to work at max potential, it is still no doubt that Gallagher copied all luocha's characteristic besides the talent that being automatic heal. Gallagher works just as well as luocha 90% of the time but shows a stronger quality than luocha in Acheron and Dr Ratio's team. Insane
I still use Lynx even If i already built my Gallagher. I think Lynx is still pretty good in other team comps mostly with Blade and Clara. That ult cleanse is really good. I think the main problem with Gallagher is trying to get his eidolons to have good potential at least E2 is enough to make Gallagher good, In fact i do have E2 but the game isn’t so nice to me giving in me more copies of him. The other problem is that like Luocha, he can only heal one person but with his ult it’s literally Luocha’s Talent so that make’s up for the lack of AoE / Blast heal.
I have luocha e0s1 max traced and Gallagher e6s5 (lc from the mc) max traced as well and I use them both depending on the content/team I want to run. Imo both are really good, luocha offers way more comfort but Gallagher can debuff and increase teammates effect res.
I think Gallagher is better if you bring AoE dps team, especially in G&G. Because apparently Gallagher debuff heal the attacker depend on how many of enemies with that debuff you attacked. So if you hit 3 enemies with that debuffs at the same time you heal 3 times the amount. While Luocha only heal 1 time and slight heal for everybody else. The only downside is Gallagher doesn't have emergency heal like Luocha but if you build him with 100% Eff Res, you basically have emergency heal in the form of ultimate 😅
@@VyanTan but he does have sort of emergency heal, if you level his traces, one moves his turn 100% forward after Ultimate and another makes his enhanced normal to heal whole group. Can't interrupt enemies with it, but still.
All healers, even if Natasha exists it is really a suicide team, Gallagher at least can save he is husbando so Mihoyo does like Waifu as well as Husbandos and Lolis, for real Husbandos that have good actions off animations would break that problem! Husbandos are waifus but it is reverse!
The benefit of using Gallagher over Bailu for me is that I don't have to stop damage dealing in order to heal combined with the better control over his healing. Bailu's good, but her skill's heal being a bounce and not single-target really does not do her justice. Not to mention, since Gallagher's healing scales off of Break Effect as well as Besotted increasing Weakness Break damage, he becomes more than just another healer- He's like an Abundance, Destruction, and Harmony unit rolled into one. Just wish he had a lower energy cost on his Ultimate...
I’ll say this about Bailu, Bailu is pretty much an abundance and preservation character. Invigoration reduces damage and instantly recovers health for teammates. It’s more like a preventive and passive sustain rather than active, just like a preservation character. She can sustain with only her ult at high investment, so her skill being split to 3 and random for the second and third bounce is not a big deal, the first bounce of the skill already heals good enough.
@@kamelingilfrom my observation, his healing is really big and enough for most content. Can’t really help it if you got one-shotted from big AoE damage, cuz he don’t have damage mitigation like almost every healers.
Health, attack is good for doing more damage, but, in more challenging content the extra health helps you survive since the enemies tend to do a lot more damage.
Glad that i built him for my second team, i hate all the woman healers and their annoying voicelines(except fuxuan which i don't have) this guy cleanse and heal just like luocha And not annoying too so it's just like having a second luocha
Bailu is more comfortable and you can be more reckless, but Gallagher works in more situations compared to Bailu. Depends on what you want to accomplish. Gallagher is better for veteran players and can be used offensively.
If you have Gallagher E2 go for it, Bailu can't cleanse debuffs, but can revive and keep you with full HP if you build her right, but Gallagher has a bit of every unit, support, debuff, break DPS, so i will pick Gallagher if you have him with more eidolons
It's better to focus on healer with cleanse. Lots of enemies have crippling debuff that you want to cleanse asap. Additionally cleansing dots also proved to be better at managing your dps survivability instead just bulk heal them. I since long have replaced my Bailu with Lynx and it gives me better survival rate at that point. Now HuoHuo is the master of heal & cleanse.
Bailu sustains WAY more then galla and you can easily rely on her to stay alive and basically never worry about dmg while Gallagher will fall of if you can't clear well enough(early game). People would recommend you galla cuz he cleanse and do add smth outside of sustaining well with enough investment but I (personally) would say that with investment (in endgame) you won't even need a sustainer in MoC while in gold and gears she will peform way better than him. in conclusion if do not intend to get a limited sustainer(if you do just get huohuo/fx and you'll be fine) gepard followed by bailu and then Gallagher would be the top 3 non limited sustainers rn So she's way better for early game and arguably late game while he's a bit better for mid game Take your conclusions
if you like him then build him but other than that i dont think he is worth investing into if he is e0, especially if you already have fuxuan and luocha
@@liatwst He can be helpful in some scenario If you need extra debuff for any reason he can help you with that. You can generate 2 skill point with him by normal -> ult(advance forward 100%) -> enhanced normal You can do 4 debuffs for Acheron in simulate universe. By ult->enhanced normal -> ult(brain in a vat blessing for example) -> enhanced normal. This might clutch a run.
How he mid can be used on various teams like debuff teams acheron,Dr ratio.Also help in dmg department for fire weakness as u want to build break effect he can do some nasty break dmg and help with toughness breaking.Also will be used in break effect teams especially with release of boothill How is gallagher mid
