We are back with some more commentary! TJ and Ben go through some matches from our recent locals at Dean's Dugout. We have a pretty diverse meta swimming at our locals lately so should have some fun matches for you all to watch. Today's match up features a spicy twist to the meta with Will playing his take on Gallantmon going up against Gabe who is piloting his popular Leopardmon X build

How did Antylamon get deleted at the beginning? From what it looks like the max amount of dp deletion should be at 7000.

the mat that we use was made by me in photoshop using elements from digimon world 3, so it's completely custom

Game 2, how did Crimson Blaze delete a 7k body?

One of his inheritables was boosting the DP target range of crimson blaze, it’s a card that synergizes very well with gallant because of their dp based deletion boost inheritbles.

@@Boldship oh nice! I didn’t realize it increases the deletion for options too, in my head it was just for the deletion effects of the digimon’s stack.

Its the Gigi egg I believe that gives the boost.

Gallant X can't blitz after his unsuspend. Blitz has to happen right away in the instance of his digivolve

Basically because takato states "on digivolve blitz" you miss the timing to blitz if you have to unsuspend with X. I know it's strange but it's an official ruling

@@rwtaka18 takato gives the growl/gallant you're digivolving into "[When Digivolving] ", so you can have gallant x's [When Digivolving] activate first to unsuspend, then activate the blitz; they're both [When Digivolving] effects that trigger at the same time, the player chooses the order they activate in

sure, my username is the same as on here; but by that logic none of the gallants that have [When digivolving] would be able to blitz

@@PinOytaku no its because you're mid attack when you digivolved. You can't blitz in the middle of an attack
