I love you guys - saw you in Oslo three weeks ago - awesome! You got the same attitude that Metallica had in the eighties - And that's like no other attitude. Same clothes on stage as on the streets, different personalitys in the band, real thing, love for music - if you like it your welcome to follow, if you don't: there's the door
@SoreThroatVocals Good point with the Instruments like Enter Shikari are a amazing band who use alot of electronics, but he does have a point about 3OH3 rubbish...
I lvoe Gallows and Frank. When they first started getting noticed Frank had this rep for being overly aggressive and shit but you can tell he has a heart and he's a safe guy. The moment i gave this guy my utmost respect was when i saw him at Reading 2009 on stage in tears about what he had achieved and that he was able to share the experience with his friends and family. Top guy. Just a shame i can imagine him hating me if he ever met me
@tehsprite yeah i know that, self expression, wanting to remember someone or something, art and all that but at the end of the day its usually to give off an image or for a fashion statement - not saying thats a bad thing, but its trye.
"Maybe he was a very very good conman?" Fair play to him for venting so much anti-religious sentiment at what sounds like the start of an American tour! Gonna have to have a listen to their music now. :D
"Nobody's gonna like those bands 'cept 12 year old girls." somebody give this man some type of fucking award for saying that. Afraid of the sea? Kinda explains the the themes of drowning on Grey Britain.
@SoreThroatVocals You read my comment wrong... Simply i said that electronic instruments are amazing but only used in the right situation. For example what Frank said that all the rubbish coming Brokenclyde and the such is something you need to throw away but bands like Enter Shikari who have have a heavy Techno influence use these kinds of instruments to good use and make beautiful music! =)
@ toowoombaus: It seems my friend, who is indeed scared of something as such big as life, are religious people, that's why they've invented god, I am myself one of the scared people sometimes.
hahaha Frank is a legend brokencyde fucking suck he is so true. His morals are ones to live by and he is a much better rold model for kids than kesha or lil wayne. So many people give punk and hardcore bands one listen and call it anarchist rubbish without paying attention to any of the lyrics. Punk may be dead in modern lifestyle but its fans, artists and followers definately aren't!
i like gallows and franks attitude but sometimes he is a bit hypocritical. for all hardcore pretends to be just "substance," style has a huge part to play. look at gallows for example, they clearly do care how they look, hence their covered in tattoos and wear skinny jeans. im not exactly a purist, im in a metalcore band with keys and we all care how we look - but at least im honest about it. not slating frank, hes a legend, but just saying
yea i agree not everyone is the same, but he just personally thinks its a waste of time believing in something that we dont know is real. yea keyboard and synth are good instruments, i agree with that, but its the shit music that they make with them that he doesnt like.
mate im pretty sure he did give a reason why he hates those things, he doesnt believe in religion because he thinks it is a waste of time, after you priest rapes a child thats enough to turn almost anyone against religion. and he doesnt like the beands because he believes they make shit music and it wont be around for long(personally i agree with him)
