I like the traditional type American Pit Bull Terrier but some of the structurally correct American Bullies with good temperaments I believe is fine. To each their own. I'm just glad some folks don't still try to pass them off as American Pit Bull Terriers. Papi Chulo is your best looking dog.

no offense. they got mer, staff, blue whales in the mix. and maybe english. staffy bull terrier for a low ridding muscle look, both kinds look relatively same Blue dogs i would never buy, grey maybe, but not light blue, i don,t like the breeding standards used to get the light blue. is a weakness and prone to non assimilation to protein and other food allergies due to poor immune systems. In the late seventies i saw a rare dog, a tan black nosed / muzzle(my favorite, they are coming back from the red nose eighties fanatic breeding, People wanted these b/c they had a red devil look.wanted ears devil short and kind a big. the demand was big, 2 breeders did it( but they didn't wan't to but the money was too much to ignore, to bad. even though they said the black nose or muzzle are the old orig.'s with occasional red. i have seen the pups of jeep and bolio dogs 2 of some of the best ,some of the pups had immune problems .They were on iv meds for a while, goergeous pups but i am game bred bulldog lover. i don.t fight but i have an exersise keep out in back for (pit) bulldogs in back yard to keep them exercising any time they want. even 2 great dogs take line and even bit of inbreeing. and the best from over breeding style can have bad popups of a weak throw back. pit bull breeding of game dogs should be what you like in pit and getting that could take many dedicated years. Its like cuban Cigars the best brand name and one box from one havest maybe tops while a box of the same could be nasty

It brings out that side of the fathers pedigree more.Its called "line" breeding.You can do the same with mother son.You dont wanna keep doin that over and over in the same bloodline but theres nothin wrong with doin it every few generations.What you cant do though(but some do and i find disgusting) is breed "belly" brother and sister together.

yes and no. yes there are inherent risk with back breeding along the line, but this type of breeding is common with most species (and plants). this type of breeding has allowed for cows to genetically produce more milk, given us chickens with bigger breasts and thus more meat, and bigger farm raised fish. while i know inbreeding happens i am leery of it and feel more comfortable with line breeding (ie; half sibling to parent, cousin to cousin, etc).
