Kinda weird that the gameboy, a handheld which is technically inferior to the Master System (I think) can do things like the loop the loop and other speed features better sometimes then it could with the Sonic games in general. Does it have to do with coding or how the processor worked?
It’s long ago, but if I remember correctly, the game saves when you beat a world. So not just one level, but all three levels and the boss. It is sometimes challenging, but very much fun and motivating.
Cool, I think it is one of the last GameBoy games I bought, while the GameBoy still was a "thing". Bought it later than 93` though. A lot of GameBoy games seems to have held up decently, this game is relatively "bland" though, not bad, but not really great either.
Got this game as Christmas present in either 1993 or 1994. I had no clue how to beat it considering you couldn't touch enemies that are not boss battles.
@@DoctorHver That’s the only negative thing about this game… I think it’s so stupid when you can’t touch or defend enemies in anyway other than jumping over them
