This happened to me when I tried to finish the game. I can't do the Arasaka ending either but I am able to access the Johnny & Rouge ending. I have tried to reload and replay the mission but that didn't work either
Bro I literally grind so hard just for this to happen I can’t do anything every time I finish with getting the moon ending he says play one more run then it takes me to the city and I can’t do anything
