I picked up a PEY, PEO, H1H and have not had those issues. I use them on my k1. I did notice a difference between some of the companies though. I found that the energetic sheets worked better. I even printed some boxes that took most of the bed and had no lifting at all. Some of the other sheets from no name companies lifted a bit or started to degrade quickly. So some of the issues may be related to the quality of the sheet. I also had to change my z height and bring up the bed temps a bit. Thanks for sharing

I've just purchased the Elegoo Neptune 4. Comes with a pei bed and I'm so impressed ✌️

So I ordered 12 of these off of AliExpress. I print on an X1 Carbon with both PETG and PLA. I have always had adhesion issues and always used glue because I would stay within the mid to low range of recommended temp settings for whatever filament I was using. I have recently bumped up my temps to the highest end of recommended, so for PETG the nozzle is at 270 and bed is 80 and I have been getting perfect prints without using any glue sticks and they release just fine. It has been a game changer.

Have you tried higher temperatures for the non-PEI surfaces? I find that some surfaces need higher temperatures for optimal adhesion than others.

Have you tried printing PP filament on them? If they really are made of it they could make a great surface for that (or too good and be imposible to remove)

i've tried to use PP sheet for printing PP, i had to throw away both part and print surface since they bonded together into a monolithic structure. For now the best PP build plate is FR4 sheet at ~130 degrees Celsius

@@inuyanju from what i know FR4 also quite good for polyamide 6, but it's absolutely perfect for PP i've seen huge parts printed on it without glue and any issues

It's definitely not made of pp , I print a lot of pp and it doesn't stick on the bed. One more thing, smooth pei have way better adhesion than textured one. Interesting video
