Installed these shocks and lift kit on my 2022 tri glide. What a game changer, now I actually can say I love the handling , ride and performance of the trike. Well worth the money and definitely recommend DK custom products.
The Softails are solid mounted to the frame, and the engine is 100% balanced. There are many reasons you may be having excessive vibration. But you should still be under warranty, so it may be worth riding another 2023 and seeing if it vibrates less, and if it does, then take your to the dealership and have them fix it. To give you some (not all) ideas on what could be causing vibration: Riding with too much throttle at too low of an RPM...should really not be getting on the throttle very heavy until at least at 2500 RPM. Out of balance tires Wheel bearing going bad Drive belt too loose or too tight Counter-balance in the engine not in spec Hope the above gives you some help. Thanks for commenting! KP

So I used your lift brackets on my 2016 Tri Glide, in order to raise the rear-end up a little, while still using the OEM air adjustable shocks. Would I need to use the 13" Nexgen shock, or the 14"?
Hey Ricky, if you installed the lift that is compatible with your OEM shocks you would need to get 13" NEXGEN™ Shocks. The only way you can get the 14" NEXGEN™ Shocks you would need to get the Convertible Comfort Mount for 14" Shocks. You should know that adding the NEXGEN™ Shocks the sag with the the 4" of travel will make your bike sit about OEM height. I really need more information to give you a true comparison. What bike do you have? How much do you weigh? Do you ride with a passenger? Are the Bitubos that you have the Twin adjustable that we sell or a different kind of Bitubo? Even if you are only upgrading to the 13" Bitubos the ride quality would improve. The taller the shock the more travel you have and in turn the better they will ride. Even not knowing the answers to the question above. Beside what y'all said, why should people get these shocks over the well known brands. I'm genuinely interested. And do y'all have any covers (shrouds) that we could have added? I would like the classic look and the protection.
NexGen™ have proper sag, which is needed to give a great ride quality. They come with lifetime warranty. Great knowledgeable Customer Service that will answer phone calls and emails in a timely manner. We set the shocks preload for you and your riding preference. Most well known brands are NOT built in the USA, nor do they have a Lifetime Warranty, nor do they dyno test each shock before shipping, We are also not aware of any other company that tests shocks like we do. The only shocks we build are our NEXGEN™ Shocks. The NEXGEN™ Shocks do have a limited lifetime warranty and we will rebuild them like new if they malfunction, lose their comfort or anything that is covered under warranty happens to them.
