My family knows him. Nice guy. Both of us compete in the bbq fest here in Memphis. I can confirm, everyone comes over for days when we're grilling, or doing some bbq, especially for game days.
My family doesnt know him. Its chill. We grill mainly on a Weber genesis 2. And when we do, we eat for probably 15min tops because it's so good you smash it fast af.
Believe it or not, I've lost 53 lbs while subbed to this channel. Counterintuitive, but when you eat as much grilled chicken as I do, you'd better have ways to make it interesting.
Why is the condiment called chilli when the only chilli in it is some powered spice chilli nonsense? So we slam a beef sausage in a white bread roll and slam more beef minced meat with powered chilli nonsense in it and slide a ton of cheese on top. @@lordclumsy agreed... I'm in my 40's and a big guy myself, but I'm wide shouldered and still have some muscle and there's days that I'm not feeling great... He's much bigger than me, at least on camera and I sincerely worry about the guy. Who knows, he may live to be 100. My 14 yr old is in solid shape, works out, etc, and he was diagnosed with cancer this year, lost his hair, etc... Guess you just never know.

I wonder which brand of Quarter pound hotdogs he used? One of my Go-tos are Gwaltney Quarter pound dogs. They have a great snap to them and a balanced flover so they pair well with any recipe you use them in. Edit: I usually either get the 100% Chicken ones or Pork & Beef mix.

iv got a challenge for ya. 400c or 752f. let me know if you can if you can find smothin you can cook at that temp or can get to that temp with food.... the point is america is the only place that needs to conert full numbers to part numbers... like 40 thousandths of an inch is considerd 1mm (1.016). your weight system uses grams converted to ounce then pound casue you cant use somthing better base 16 math is not so greate. unless your doing computer math...this is a cooking channel right? you would do well in base 16 computer math if you can remember that 0-9 then a-f, =16

As much as I like pulled pork, baby back ribs, brisket you definitely got me on chili dogs. As long as they are Nathan's jumbo hot dogs. Slow cooked don't let them split covered in chili. life don't get much better than that!
Malcolm, have you thought about switching out sugar for Swerve, or say some type of similar sugar alternative? I do all my rubs etc.. with swerve and swerve brown sugar etc.. There is a new one at Costco that is much better priced for both white and brown sugar. I forget the brand name, right now they call it "golden" i do prefer the swerve brown sugar though . I made pork belly bites last week, gained 3 pounds over the weekend! lol

Malcom you are a BBQ God and just learning from your videos made me into a pitmaster. I love your smoker reviews and I don't trust anyone else. I want to get my dad a set and forget smoker and don't want to sacrifice flavor. Is it possible for you to get your hands on a masterbuilt 560 gravity fed charcoal for a review. I've been seeing them and from what I researched seems like the best of both worlds in terms of flavor and convenience. It would save me a 600$ mistake and would be a solid video for subscribers.

Fresh shredded cheese is so much better than the packaged stuff.....that anti sticking substance they put on the packaged stuff just doesn't melt like afresh shred does. Great video though and a must try on that chili sauce.
