Game Gear Longplay Jurassic Park 

This was one of my favorite games as a kid, I can remember driving home from Colorado to Omaha playing this game and my parents thought it was their cell phone. I fixed my game gear just to work these games for my kids.

This music will haunt my dreams for decades.

I remember playing this game when I was 10 (I'm from 1983) and finishing it on the second try. My family thought I was a genius. Now I see how short it actually was.

Woah, that was nostalgic. I remembered every level and nearly all exploids for so many years i noticed. Thanks a lot for bringing those memories back :)

Damn, I remember this one. Got through all the dino's until the T-Rex. Then my Game Gear crapped out.

I had this game. I beat it countless times on so many road trips as a kid. That's if you could get it to work, of course. This was back when you still had to blow on the cartridges to get them to work. Even if you got it to work, though, there was still the chance that it would freeze mid-game and there was no saving so you had to start all over again.

Whoooaaah i dit get allmost an hearth attack the intro with 3d effects, those digitized samples, those paralax scrolling in the shooting part of each level, those transperancy effects in those waterfalls and standing behind objects, all these effect really blows my mind, it pushed the hardware to it's ultimate limmit, you can do soo much with litle !!!

I remember playing through the game the first time and not getting the Rex level. And holy shit, the ending is like an alternate ending to the movie, and actually the plot of Jurassic World.

Ultimate dick move in the last level. Eight doors. One leads to the final boss, all the others take you back to the start of the level. No indication of which one is the correct door.

There was a bad ending as well if you by any chance lose the first round of any stage while in your jeep. You will not die but the Trex stage will never unlock and it will show Trex attacking two workers in the end.

Thank you for this. Helped me beat the game! I lived this movie as a kid and am trying to beat all the JP games. This was pretty fun and quick.

I'd have preferred a colour version of the Game Boy Jurassic Park. At least we'd have that rockin music from Comic Bakery!

I wonder why in the Master System version you control Alan Grant and on Game Gear a female that I guess is Ellie Sattler (the botanist)

Interestingly you don't play as Alan Grant in this version of the game. To me, it makes more sense to play as dinosaur hunter/game warden Robert Muldoon. In the book he was a real weapons specialist.
