You'd think they would've google how to catch Froggy and to press down on Control Stick(and I don't mean click it) to autocatch him, but I guess after the guide they were using failed to tell them that emerald shards in Knuckles's campaign are completely random, they just refused. It hurts to see Arin in this much pain.

Literally still one of my favorite play-throughs to have playing in the background while I do things. It has also led to many awkward moments when people walk in on me just randomly bursting into laughter like I’m crazy. Favorite scenario this causes: Someone then asking: “what are you laughing at?” Me: “watching a grown ass man struggle to catch a frog as a large purple cat.” Someone: “...” (aka Fred)

Lots of people giving shit about Arin not being able to press the button to catch froggy, but this game is literally over 15 years old and the only walkthrough they mention by name is one that was written when the game came out and it was for a different stage. Unless they were looking specifically for hints on how to catch that dang frog, he'd never have known about that button lol. also, who in their right mind would think that fishing for an hour at a time in a game about going fast and running is a good idea for a 'fun minigame'?

Anyone watching this in 2020? 😆

I always thought the Big the Cat section was impossibly hard because of Game Grumps’ rough time with it, but upon replaying it, Arin is just an idiot, lol. When Froggy nibbles the bait, you’re supposed to hold the down button until Froggy bites and the reeling section begins. This isn’t some secret trick that players have to work out on their own, either, it’s in the instruction section in the game. When I played it, I had a little trouble in Twinkle Park and decided to read the instructions and saw that little trick. After that, I breezed through Big’s story, only having minor trouble against Chaos 6. So it raises the question, how much of Game Grumps’ problems with Sonic stems not from the game being bad, but from Eren being an absolute idiot?

After watching this for like the 5th time out of boredom... It hit me, me at 7 years old kicked that green frog bastard's ass, mainly because i got lucky af 😂😂😂, that fuckin frog is a menace

This is hilarious and all, but I have to wonder why they didn't simply, uhm, look up how to catch Froggy, considering they've looked up how to do other shlt! Were they like "OH THIS'LL BE GREAT FOR CONTENT UHUH!!" off-camera or something!? Probably, 'cause even as a kid playing this, I would press buttons and catch Froggy in, like, three tries or less! Turns out, from what I remember, you have to press down on the D-pad when he nibbles on the lure to catch him,
