My first game, took my mom! What an exciting game, so much fun. As we were leaving, we watched a man get struck by a Bronco. I immediately called 911, was terrifying and harrowing. We left the game with so much adrenaline and excitement, it was awful witnessing that guy hit by a car. I hope he's okay. We stuck around in the cold for over an hour to make sure the police had a witness statement. Glad we won but a strange, unsettling night indeed.
This was a fast pace game with a few goals I am sure the goalies would like to have back. Lots of chances both way. Sop again the OT hero. He has been amazing this year. Reid looked impressive his first game back. Once again announcers saying insurance goal half way through the first period. How wrong were they? Insurance goal is one that is scored with less than a minute to go in the 3rd period not in the first.
