Kind of ironic considering Dan Inosanto taught Bruce Lee how to use Nunchucks, and some Escrima as well I think. And in return Dan Inosanto was one of Bruce Lees students. This is a great scene. Damn shame he never got to finish the rest of the movie.
@@robvig60 Wrong!!! It's not Bruce Lee's voice.... look it up. The film was shot without sound and Bruce never got to return to finish it and dub record his own voice.
One of the purest scenes of the martial arts show performed by the god of martial arts on earth and no other director can ever bring such a beautiful show of martial arts to the fore.
Bruce was taken away from us. His one major fault was his hot temper. Which he admits in an interview. Like Sonny from the Godfather movie. And we know how he ended up. He was flexible and adaptable in his fighting. But not in dealings in with people, some evil that were in power positions. Rest in heaven, Bruce and Brandon.🙏🙏🌟🌟. But with all his energy, I doubt that he is resting.❤❤
Sitting a movie theater in nyc in 1979 on “The Deuce” (42nd St) when it was sketchy. When Bruce Lee came up the stairs, the theater exploded with shouts of “Oh S….!” “Whup that a.., Bruce.
well many Scenes was first Cutted out of and many different Versions was in the Centurys published but this one is one of the best cause Bruce told here about the Flexibility and about an Master as his Enemy who was in Routine and not expecting and flexible Master and withthis he already was loosing
I like the audio quality here! When I first saw some other video here on YT, when Hai Tien mentioned bamboo being a sword, I saw the subtitles read [Missing Dialogue]
Lee's study and understanding of Western Fencing really factored into the choreography and philosophy he incorporated into this fight scene (with Guro Dan Inasanto), and also, with his system of Jeet Kune Do. 🙂 It's no wonder that certain translations wouldn't comprehend what was being communicated. 🐲✨🐲✨🐲✨
Após ensinar muchaco e ser surpreendido , por Bruce Lee Dan inosanto, falou em uma entrevista, que Bruce Lee estava adiantado no tempo, em pelo menos 100 anos.

This is the original video recording, because there are 2 men at the beginning of this video, while in the remake, only Bruce Lee is alone fighting the villain from the beginning of the video to the end
Film jak naj. Bardziej spoko pamiętam jeszcze VHS teraz am na pendrive wszystkie filmy z Bruce Lee ale ie ma niektórych scen są wycięte. I tak na koniec Bruce Lee legenda nie umiera nigdy
I was just a youngster when I watched the Box Office release. Really cool to see all the cut and lost scenes again. But whatever happened to the first fight with the American boxer ? Haven't seen that.
Bruce Lee is Swait Nakshatra. Ruled by Rahu ( North Node ) Moon in Libra - Vedic Sidereal Astrology Swing plant Element is Air . Deity : the wind - god , Vayu
Rob S. I disagree. This was not in the video version when I rented it years ago. It is also not in the version that you see on cable. I like this ending a lot better than what you see when they show it on cable.
No he is good but I did find out his style JKD came out even though when we were kids that there was a different mixed martialarts out Before JKD the orient mixed style was out before Bruce’s style the orient came out with the original strain Ninjinsu was out before Bruce’s JKD
No it’s not Bruce Lee’s real voice it was dubbed. The footage here was originally shot in silent sound, they did this with a lot HK movies most of time back then including Bruce lee, and then later on made in with sfx and voice over work to make the final product. And so this right here was made years after the footage had been out and lost at a certain point, then later rediscovered by bay Logan in (1999) then they finally did the audio track in (2000) for a warrior’s journey and the video right here G.O.D.: Shibôteki yûgi (2000) both are documentary’s about lee and the footage he shot when he was alive for the Game of Death. Bruce lee a warrior’s journey for the US and Bruce lee in G.O.D.: Shibôteki yûgi for Japan.
The audio track of his battle cries is pretty great. But the dialogue voice is horrible tho. And @5:15 dialogue is incorrect. He actually said "when my bamboo strikes it strikes hard"
