Killer episodes of meetings, team-ups and deceit! Can't wait to rip my List of the Drunk Man and Watchers in the Bar vids Help us keep making videos and check My Patreon: patreon.com/SeanTankTop xoxo
@@gbasar1032 - Gabriele Rvia - My thought exactly that was an uncannily accurate foretelling. PS Gabriele Riva please don't let us know the ending. :)
The most hype moment during this episode was when Gilly confirmed Rhaegar married someone in secret suggesting Jon Snow is the rightful heir to the throne.
Jon proves once again that he is a Stark, with honor and possible self-sacrifice, just like a wolf. Also, I'm surprised more people didn't react when Dany looked emotionally hurt when Jon said he'd go beyond the Wall.
Its frustrates me how many people in the comment section are throwing abuse at each other over a fictional show, sit down and enjoy the goddamn show for gods sake
Harvey W you can't respect the people who can't look past it. And now that you have something you can do that they can't you have the play the bright one.
I'm happy but nervous. Happy to see this dream team come together but it puts them all at high risk. I think Tormund, Thoros of Myr, and Dondarian are going to die. Hopefully I'm wrong though.
Dany: "I haven't given you permission to leave yet." Jon: "With respect your grace, I don't need your permission. I am a King." Dany: *Wet* Inner thoughts: "Yes you are, take me now, we can do it on the War Table."
Jon laying the seduction hard on dany. Not being a yes man kissing her feet. Asserting himself as a king. Her pets/children love him. The subtle touching in the cave. Mans got the moves
Yo guys! Killer ep! Second Part is dropping in a few hours! Also, I worked it out so I got to sit down and watch an episode all the way through since Season 3 Episode 10! So if you see a familiar face, it's me! Can't wait to do a List of the Drunk Man and Watchers in the Bar episodes for this week!
hey I really hope in seeing the second part of the reaction to GoT s7 's 5th episode which I agree that it was a killer ep, like this s7 is fucking incredible, so excited to see the penultimate ep this sunday thats coming up and than the finale to give my verdict what this season was
Understand that after the initial episode each week I look forward to these the most! I gotta make the trip out one day and watch at the bar, thanks for the amazing content Sean!
I love how divided this show has made the comments, not painting a show black and white is one thing, making it convincing for a viewer is another. And thats why this show is great.
Also, I think Dany and Jon have already decided to be married. In the cave he calls him "their king" before then she even refused to call him by anything other than a lord or warden of the north. And when she said bend the knee in the cave it was not in a power trip kind of way it was in a more gentle way as she was walking closer to him. I don't know the custom in westeros for marriage proposals but I think this was a nod towards todays custom. Also, Dany lets him call himself a king in the council room. Before she said "by calling yourself a king you are in open rebellion." And their interactions show two people attracted to each other. She has already stated the best way to make alliances is through marriage.
2:48 I just love their faces. This is the person you've been cheering for, who claims she wants to make the world a better place but won't show mercy to defeated enemies who clearly are no longer a threat.
Daenerys did what any conqueror would. She didn't punish the innocent. They did murder her allies (Tyrells) and they did refuse to accept her as queen. Of course she has to be cruel to be kind in this situation. If she is to prevail and built this better world she claims to be dreaming, war is necessary (since cersei won't be offering the throne) and in war there are victims.
Gilgamesh I believe the "different " part refers to what she plans on doing after the conquest. The way she wants to rule. That's how I interpreted it. Still, it`s just my opinion
Ioulum I doubt they would become real supporters. Nevertheless, I don't even think that was the point. She didn't care for prisoners. I' m actually not a Dany fan, don't misunderstand me, but I see what she means by "if chains are an option many will take it". She can't offer an option to the Tarly's for being highborn and be " kneel or die" on all the rest. And if she offers the same option to all, they will be worthless to her in chains. She needed men, not prisoners at this point.
Prisoners of war are a part of war, just like any other war. She said in the very conversation beforehand that she isn't here to murder and she wanted to break the wheel... yet she uses the same tools of fear and repression as those before her. A choice between death and subjugation is not a choice and is no different to the choice the slavers offered to her followers or the conquerors she is claiming to not be a part of. She had no justification for burning them alive, winning the Iron Throne does not justify these sort of acts and it something that's going to come back to bite her in the ass
This was such an amazing experience! I hope I can make it back to Chicago and the Burlington soon! And I have no pity for the Tarly BBQ. That means that Sam is head of the family!! Did anyone notice how how they focused on Drogon blinking as he was looking at Jon? Cats do the same thing it is a gesture of trust. George RR Martin once mentioned that the dragons behavior was based somewhat on cats.
I swear I wait for these reactions just as anxiously as for the actual GoT episode! Thank you House Burlington, lots of Love from Germany! You really make my days a lot brighter :))
@A smoking ChickenFish Except you are wrong, of corse that happened, I have the episode here and just checked again, It was around 07:00 min. To correct, a couple of others didn't bend the knee like the Tarly's, but they hesitate for a moment and most of them did it.
I love you Amelia, this was more genuine reaction like the old episodes. LOVE ALL OF YOU aka this channel has now made it even more fun looking forward to the new episodes
Men, women...different races...different religions...enjoying a show...drinking beer... This is what art and culture is about...for that single hour in that bar...that is what humans are...what we need to be.. #GOT
The one that was sitting next to the bearded Captain America looking guy at 1:22 ? Yeah, she was either really drunk, or she was having a stroke. Either way I hope she got the help she needed.
It's funny to see how mad some people get just because different people react differently and not like them lol. Either way, amazing as always Sean! Thanks! Can't wait for list of the drunk man!
That Nigga Ned Stark i dont agree that they should burn, but 1: one was choked, and the mad king was much worse, read it up or just watch a vid on Roberts rebellion. 2: this was war, not a demand for justice. She gave them a choice. Now, i dont like that she burned them, but they had to die
Awesomesauce! Now I wait patiently for part deux and Lord Tanktop himself to deliver his verdict. PS. Sean, you scrub up real nice. I mean, really, really nice.
