Story wise, the only things I disliked were the reasons Jaime left Brienne (should’ve been to go kill Cersei/ duty) and why Bran was made king (should’ve been because he has the sight and is the Three-Eyed Raven). All other problems I have can be summed up as being to fast. Season eight should’ve have gone back to ten-episode format.

You can't have read the books, 'cause you obviously have no idea of the truth. The showrunners were a pair of narcissistic incompetent con artists with little understanding or respect for the source material.

Yeah House Targaryen got shafted by the show runners. And also why name Jon after his own brother? This caused the confusion in titles since most call Jon, Aegon VI, but in actuallity he would be Aegon VII. Aegon V was Aemon's brother and Aegon VI was the son of Ellia and Rhaegar. A better name would have been Jaehaerys III.

"Song of ice and fire"means A dream that came to Aegon-The conqueror when he was on the dragon stone centuries ago. Dream was that to save humanity from white walkers the whole Westros Will have to fight along with each other to the white walkers. So he conquered westros and made them a single and United westros so that they can fight all together. And this happened almost except house Lannister when all westros fought all together to white walkers in season 8.

@@zannrebel1217 Bruh dude it's an anime (I don't have anything against from anime, cause I like it too) But you compare a long written storywise series/books with all aged watchers (not kids of course) with drawn anime series with just epic animation, but you know.., real effects, actors,montage, seasons for yeard in the show Game Of Thrones, It's like Sky and Land..

They could do prequels. GOT lore is massive. Too many lands and details they just left uncovered.

@@tiredkagura people say that Aot is better than Got but for me GOT is on a different level even with this ending. Visuals :- They went to many different countries to shoot but Aot was just animated from a manga. Characters :- In Aot most of the side characters are just there to die in a horrible way. But in Got, if I start counting the no of characters who played an important role in the series from S1 to s8, it would definitely be more than Aot. In both of the shows, we just can't hate any character. Music :- Both of the shows have one of the world's best music pieces. Ending:- ending of Aot is neither bad or good. But the whole world knows about how Dumb and Dumber butchered Got's ending.

Yeah, it's partially on George R. R. Martin for taking so damn long with the books, but HBO wanted more seasons and were willing to pay for them, so they could have taken more time with the development of the ending. The showrunners chose to rush it in order to move onto a project that they ultimately got fired from. I'll never forgive them for that, but I also can't deny that without them, I'd have never been introduced to this amazing world that George created.
