I remember when I was in elementary school, I played the Scorpion boss fight on a demo disc. I was curious to see what would happen if I let Jameson die, and it mentally scarred me because of the dialogue that happened to play at the time. When he was two hits away from dying, I heard him yell "SPIDER-MAN" in a tone I hadn't heard prior to that point. He usually yelled it in a slightly scared tone, but that time it sounded like he KNEW he was about to die, the way he SCREAMED it. When he was one hit away, I heard him begging to Scorpion, telling him he'd do anything. And I heard Scorpion laugh and make a comment after Jameson died. I didn't feel so good about myself after that.
I literally had a dream of falling into the fog from the spiderman gane as a kid. Spiderman had his hand out and told me to jump and I didn't get far enough and fell to for about 5 seconds and then woke up
I've always wanted to know what "Carnage Ock" did to you if he catches you. He bangs your head into the floor with his tentacles and lashes at the player while at the same time shouting out "DIE". That's nice.
Hell0 Again Cause that death doesn't exist, literally Monster Ock is a sort of timer, so he either catches you or you win and scape. I've played the n64 ver. and he can (sometimes) just pass you by but you don't lose, so he keeps going a bit, but if you approach to him you'll get the losing animation.
Ruben Gurung More than heard, is pretty much waht he does, i mean, just look it, he either is beating you to death or either ripping you apart, and the second is the more likely, cause i bet you he isn't giving you a massage 😂
The last clip happens with all kind of costumes, even with the monstrous-looking Captain Universe costume, which is supposed to make Spidey invincible.

I played this game nonstop when I was a child....and I've failed many times (just for shits and giggles to see what would happen) 2 deaths traumatized me 1 is Jonah's being thrown out the window and 2 Doc Ock catching up to you. Now it's nothing but the 8 year old me......shudders.
@TitusPrime1995 I suppose you went to the presses to fight a symbiote. Luckily, I never have to deal with falling into the presses at all since I always beat the crap out of all the symbiotes in the room before they run around like crazy.
I loved this game as like a 5 year old kid but I could never complete it, monster ock just scared the shit out of me and made me not want to play the last mission, especially after that BRUTAL death scene 😂
I have a feeling he's in the game only because the developers couldn't find a way to implement Spidey running away from a wall of fire (like in the ending FMV) in a way that didn't tax the PS1 or was believable.
@@kaythetoon They already set up that the base was going to explode before the Doc-Ock fight. So the final level was most definitely going to be an escape level.

0:55 - Whe i was young we have demo version of this game and seeing this moment of "too late to save jameson" i didn't notice there was Jameson (man so clever or it was fault of this demo idk)
You can glitch out the death animation by going into Venom's Puzzle on Kid Mode and jumping forward just as you trigger the cutscene showing the control panels. Anyone else do that?
It's in the Enter Electro video. I didn't show off that death animation by the way because this was back when I was stricter with showing off ways to lose.
