I'd have gotten better pictures if I knew I would have been highlighted haha! Thanks for including me and glad I was able to share some display ideas. There's a lot more Rose Colored Gaming stands throughout the collection and I love them - wouldn't knew about them if you hadn't covered them. I need more! I love seeing others' game rooms, thanks for sharing and giving the community an opportunity to show off and share!
@@TheIsolatedGamerz Heck yeah gotta highlight those underdogs! I have a handful of other highlighted series - Resident Evil, Diablo, Starcraft/Warcraft, Overwatch, Bioware, and Valve.
This was fun and I like the idea of the video series. One of our favorite things to do when people come over is to let them look around on their own in the game room and toy room. We don't want to give them a guided tour but rather step back and watch to see what catches their eye. The Game Grinder has an amazing collection--and a fun podcast too! We've long been in awe of his MGS and Shantae pieces. Loved getting to see the room a little more closer upper like this!
Be sure to hit the bell!! Not many do and studies show you will display much better after hitting the bell ... Well maybe not but you'd definitely be notified of future videos and events like these!
Great start to a great series. I can’t wait to finish unpacking and settling into my new house. I hope I get to submit my game room photos soon after! PS: Fan mail should arrive next week! :D
I hope it does well man! Id be stoked to have these along with new display videos. Seems a nice way to find new inspiration and also fill out the channel!
all hail the Metal Gear shrine! Now i know what i have to do with my MGS figures. Got no idea at first how to combine both figures and games since the figures itself will take so much space till i saw this. Thank you so much!
Disk Cart in the mean time, also got a rumor on MGS remake so yeah its about time. Cant wait to see another cool game room idea in the future! You did a great job. Stay safe and stay healthy!
This is a great idea mate, always love seeing other gamers games rooms and it always gives me ideas for what I can change up or add in my game’s room. I really wish I would have got that Luigi's statue as it looks so amazing
Awesome video. Keep up the great work and thanks for recommending the acrylic gameboy stands and providing me a link for them. I absolutely love them and your channel.
Great video as always! I need to get those cube style shelves from the second room since I’m moving next week and I have a few consoles and a lot of figures that will look awesome with some led lighting...Definitely will use a lot of these display ideas! Once I’m done with the whole setup perhaps I’ll send in the end result...
Great idea! You could try getting one thing you would do different for each room you present. That would make everybody think what they would do different and the imagination would stand on those videos! (That's me saying what I would do different on your video, hahahaha). Great job!!
Great video!!!!!! Looking forward to the next one!!!!!!! Its a little cheaper now, but Just ordered the TMNT Arcade with the base for $369.00 at Walmart. Should be here in a week.
This did well today so I will find a way to let everyone know how to send new photos in and the requirements. More than likely Ill have a community tab post and a short video as well!
Lol the Kirby's on the bottom shelf were just kind of a last minute thing. I thought the same thing that they were too low. The plant is the best part of the game room!
hehehe you have no idea how close your photos were to being in todays video! You have quite the collection so I decided to cut it for this one so I don't rush it. Originally thought id be able to do 4 collections per video but It was getting too long. Keep an eye out for nextime Samantha, I love your stuff!!
@@samanthaazira No reshoots needed! You sent plenty of stuff to work with with a loot of cool ideas and fun things to talk about. Im looking forward to it!
Let me say something on the topic of frames. Everyone, please put your art prints, lithographs and other pieces in high quality frames. That frame will last forever if well kept and it will double your enjoyment of the piece as opposed to a 20 dollar Michaels frame. Trust me on this one. Get advice from a local framer, who knows everything there is to know about frames and inserts. Well worth the investment for the right piece.
Very true. I have some art peices Ive had professionally done and they are great and will be forever. Some stuff Ill get a cheaper frame for if its less valuable or if the cost of a nicer frame outweighs the item to heavily. But when it comes to the nicer collectables I 100% agree. Some even recommend UV glass if its in a well lit area with natural light.
Those are the Atlantic Oskar Adjustable Media Cabinets. I ordered them off of Amazon. The big one's model number is PN38435714, the little one's model number is PN38435719.
Definitely not correct if you manage your collection properly. There are a ton of ways to keep items clean that dont involve using harsh chemicals solvents or any moisture at all. Especially if you have a dedicated room you can have an air cleaner running along with using canned air to remove whatever dust does arrive . If you are in a heavy dirt area or have a dirty space then id definitely not recommend having your games open. Lots of cool displays for that as well. It comes down to common sense , time, and how people prefer to enjoy their game collections.
@@DiskCart thanks for ur reply,ur correct, but i think air cleaner and every display shell has gaps, after a while just take a soft tissue and clean ur game covers, for example like ps4 ( dvd,Bluray) u'll see soft tissue becomes black, after years cleaning ur dvd cover become loose, dust and dirt can move between game cover and dvd case, in my country i coudnt find special hard covers for every game and console like in 🇺🇸, i have to make it by my self with dvd covers that i put my ps4 ps4... games inside them, they r like bags with opening, befor i put my big boxes in thin elastic covers for food 😀 to keep thast away, if u try many times they seem invisible actually but not recently i buy special transparent plastic covers that ppl make furniture covers from them ,and cover big things with them, they r very durable, maybe im very sensitive,i hate dust !😎
