I like this theory it makes alot of sense. It answers how pokeman who don't speak human language can understand humans enough to know which moves to use when told by the trainer.
I like how all human like pokemon are in 3 categories Aggressive ppl evolve into fighting type Smart nerdy types evolve into psychic Dead ppl turn into ghost type
Surely the Marrying Pokemon Myth is just a Myth. Just because a Library also has True Storys in them does not in any Way mean the whole Library is Fact.
This video is already six years old. It would be nice to see an updated remake of this theory video, because the quality and level of the channel has improved much since then, and also hear what the theorist is currently thinking about this.
well, no... what justify that is the humanoid bipedal tailess body shape and some female "features" (come on, it looks like that Gardevoirs uses dress).
Man, that Kadabra entry gave me the chills... I imagined myself as a father, walking into the room of my son one morning, only to find this horrible creature in his place... man, that shit's dark.
Want to know what's worse? It said he transformed in the morning. Kadabra holds a spoon. Kid wakes up, goes down stairs, starts eating some cereal. Then his parents come in to find some monster at the dining room table and chase him out of the house, still holding his spoon.
"Why don't humans have abilities if they're pokemon?" You forgot the other, extremely simple answer. Evolution. My theory is at one point, there were many more types of pokemon that didn't have abilities, and natural selection killed them off. For humans, on the other hand, their dexterity and intelliegence, and adaptability allowed them to survive without any major abilities and become the dominant species on earth.
Aurus Tune kinda like the same way most animals seem to have a 6th sense, the ability to just feel something is about to happen, where as humans evolved without that sense.
+Crow senpai Nope, humans have that too. That's just an advanced form of instinct, and all humans have it just as strongly as animals. The reason so many people think we don't is because we're raised in a sheltered environment where logic overrides instinct. If you pay attention to what's going on in your head and with your body instead of dismissing if subconsciously, you'll see what I mean.
Aurus Tune Aw, come on! Humans have plenty of abilities :D! We just access to more than any other pokemon species! -Insomnia -Intimidate -Reckless -Foreworn -Vital Spirit -Anger Point -Dry Skin (damn you sunburns!...but bless water) -Iron Fist -Oblivious -Cute Charm -Run Away -Super Luck (fuck you lottery winners!) -Hustle -Swift Swim -Truant And many more! It's just that most of us have either Anger Point or Truant instead of the cool/useful abilities XD
+muhatamtack Well, kind of, the real reason humans are superior is because of their ability to reliably communicate, and opposable thumbs. Also, I am a goat typing this.
+muhatamtack is that not why a children evolved to Kadabra? I mean even if Kadabra's IQ is not as high as an Alakazam, I assume it to be a lot higher than normal human...so in the pokemon universe, clever kids can potentially evolved to Kadabra or even other psychic type pokemons?
wait, so that means?.. .........Protect the gardevoirs PROTECT THE GARDEVOIRS!!!YOU HEAR ME?!! PROTECT THE GARDEVOIRS!!!!! NO ONE OF THEM IS SAFE NOW NO ONE!!!!
Fun fact: if Gardevoir was real, it could end all life on earth in an instant. Sure, they do everything they can to protect their owner, even if it means putting their lives at risk, but their method of protection is where the flaw comes in. As their main method of protection is to summon a small black hole. I’ll put it like this: if a Gardevoir summoned a black hole the size of a penny, not only would it tear apart everything surrounding it, but it would go on to engulf the rest of the planet.
MatPat is contradicting himself a little. I'm pretty sure he's said himself that the Arceus you can catch is not the full embodiment of Arceus but instead a shade of it; hence why technically millions of players around the world have an Arceus.
Do another pokemon theory on how the pokemon world could be the 3rd layer (real world) of the matrix!!! (yes the movie XD) Kadabra = There is no spoon boy.
*Officer Pig* It was a reference to the Matrix movie, where a kid with telekinetic powers bends a spoon with his own mind and tells the protagonist that "there is no spoon". Kadabra = kid in the movie.
well, you didn't watch the whole video then... it seemed to be more that Pokemon have an actual reason to team up with humans and to engage in duels with other Pokemon: i.e. improving their skills and thus their chance of survival. Think about it: a human can help a squirtle learn to beat a normally far superior Pokemon, like a charizard. That Pokemon gains a huge evolutionary advantage over his peers, thanks it's relationship with a human. This makes the relationship between Pokemon and human mutually beneficial, at least so long as the Pokemon are picky about which trainers they let capture them. That's why they force you to fight them before they get captured: they want to see how good you are before they decide to follow you.
Georgia Archdall no, were *NEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEÈEEEEEEEEEEE3EE3E3E3E3E33E3E3E3E3EEE3E3E3E3DS*
but we all have blood, can make static electricity, and have metal in our blood, so won't that mean we can be] water, electric, steel, phsyhic, fighting, normal?
why didnt they mention "pokemon mystery dungeon: explorers of time" At the beginning the player says "i cant hold on any longer" because they are in a sea storm on a boat, therefore, drowning and 3 seconds later, you are a pokemon on a beach ? LOGIC
incorrect, now if you just started playing, i get it, and STOP READING HERE!!! (spoilers ahead!) ----- ----- ----- ----- ----- ----- In actuality, your character is transformed into a pokemon when you go back in time to change the past for the better. Something goes wrong, likely to do with dusknoir's jerkishness, and THAT is why your char. is a human. It has nothing to do with a boat. In reality, there are no humans in the PMD universe. they have all died out. why they are in the future, i don't know, but that is true. just look at red and blue rescue team's friend zones, like the power plant and the lab or whatever.
2:03 It took 8 years… but on this day a Pokémon Purple has finally been confirmed. (Yes I know it’s technically Violet but they mean the same thing so I’m counting it)
What if the boy was really smart (had a abnormally high IQ like Kadabra or Alakazam) and was forcibly evolved or earned/granted the means to become/evolve into a Pokemon so that he could use his psychic abilites and increase their power (as the spoon's Kadabra and Alakazam use are meant to "amplify the alpha waves in its brain")? (Just a thought. Like evolving out of nowhere, eh?) There are two different PokeDex theories that tell of a "boy who suddenly transformed": Pokemon Emerald PokeDex: It is rumored that a boy with psychic abilities suddenly transformed into Kadabra while he was assisting research into extrasensory powers (Source: Bulbapedia). Pokemon FireRed PokeDex: It happened one morning - a boy with extrasensory powers awoke in bed transformed into Kadabra (Source: Bulbapedia).
I mean, IRL humans have: • Extraordinary stamina • The ability to throw projectiles with distance and accuracy rarely seen in the animal kingdom • Tool use is the obvious one • Collective learning and phenomenal pattern recognition
Plus our linguistic abilities, including reading, writing, and math, allow us to accumulate understanding over generations. Animals have their own linguistic codes of sort but they lack the sheer complexity and longevity-of-concept as the human languages. Animals can't express ideas across dozens of generations like we can. If a bird sees a purple dragon, that bird has no way of relaying that information to birds ten generations down the line.
it makes so much sense now in pokemon xy and z pokemon can have humans features if they have a strong enough bond take ashes greninja for example as they battled they became synchronised and greninja looked a lot like ash with black hair and red features and ash could see and feel what greninja did
The Humans programmed the PokeDex. Due to how the humans in the pokemon universe do not acknowledge themselves as pokemon, they had not programmed the PokeDex to identify them as pokemon.
I had a dream that a mother went in to the woods to find her lost kid and found the Phantump that was her son. Then it turn into a sitcom about them living together again.
But one thing is a bit odd about this. If human minds were what made humans superior to other pokemon, and led them to be able to actually call themselves non-pokemon, then why isn't the pokeworld ruled by psychic pokemon? if alakazam have an IQ of 5000, then their minds would be far greater than human minds. So why isn't the pokemon world ruled by alakazam, and why would mew become nearly extinct, if mind was what was needed to rule the pokemonworld? At first i thought that perhaps we were bigger in numbers, but then i remembered, that pokemon breeding is actually quite fast compared to humanbreeding. for one human to be bred, it takes nine months, and many more years before it reaches maturity. imagine how many psychic pokemon could have been bred in that time period. So if psychic pokemon have greater minds (or at least as great) than humans, and breed faster, then why? Then i realized why humans in the real world were ruling earth. Yes, it is partly because of intelligence, but also because of adaptability and our social behaviour. Adaptability: Humans can become anything. You have probably seen many different trainers, some are: psychics, swimmers and pyromaniacs. Based on this it is possible to say, that humans can adapt. One human can live in water, a charizard can't. another can become a pyromaniac, thus gaining advantage that a swimmer wouldn't have, and so on. Whenever the human would be faced with a problem, they would find a way to adapt, but if a psychic pokemon was living a place with many dark pokemon it wouldn't survive. this would result in a greater survival rate, and thus our numbers of mature individuals would be greater than, or as great as, the number of mature psychic pokemon. (not to mention that alakazam can't even exist without human trading, and mewtwo wouldn't have been born without humans, so some of the greater psychic pokemon are dependant on humans) Social behaviour: When in the wild, you don't see a lot of pokemon families running together. Often you encounter lvl 3 or 4 pkmn, which definately aren't mature enough to defend themselves against real threats. But mature humans would take care of the imature humans, making it so the imature humans could survive long enough to become mature. This would further increase our survival rate, and therefore numbers. So when it gets down to it, what really makes human superior to all other pokemon (or animals) are their inteligence, adaptability and social behaviour. But hey, that's just a theory, a commentor theory! Thanks for reading!
***** If we evolved from apes, then how do they exist? It ain't science that tells you humans evolved from apes. It's a common misconception. I'm pretty sure a high-school advanced biology teacher is a more credible source than a PNG on google.
***** It's accurately represented as a spiral, actually. Yes, there are branching paths, but they all follow a spiral starting in the middle. The midpoint is the ancestor all living things share.
He still could be bisexual (or pansexual or demisexual.) Either that he has been denying his true feelings the whole time and he really is deep down homosexual but hadn't found that inner spark to truly realize that yet.
Please, do more videos about The Elder Scrolls franchise, I think there might be some interesting stuff :) that universe is so huge, there has to be some conspiracy theory :D
