The Phillipines has recently come out with some of the best BL series ever of which GameBoys is definitely the best. The innovative storylines, the direction, the acting in most Pinoy BL series are all top notch. If this trend continues Pinoy BL series may well become more popular than Thai BL series which still need to break way from stories with high school or university background. It's high time Thai BL series producders come up with more sophisticated stories and productions or they will be left behind.

I just watched the first season on Netflix ONLY BECAUSE it's the first audiovisual media product I've seen in 31 years of life in which a main character has the same first name as me. turns out it's really good and amazingly done and acted. cannot wait to watch the movie and the second season. kudos to all involved, love from Portugal!

Its been months that I am hooked by this BL series. I was late to watch this but it's all worthy. I've watched other BL series after GB and I appreciate every single of it. But never have I felt the kilig and excitement in every episode of Gameboys. As days come close to the Season 2 of Gameboys, it made me feel alive and in love. I feel young at heart again. Their chemistry is palpable it's beyond acting! It's seeing how two lovers talk! It's random and gentle and sweet and hot and funny all rolled into one.
This is the type of BL I would pay to see. Season 1 was amazing. Now, Season 1 its on Netflix. Well, now I play season 1 on Netflix and let it play over and over again so they can get credits and support. Then Netflix can say, well this is popular so let's get the rest of the rights to streaming this show on our platform.

I hope true Ppop will be recognize and nurtured more properly because that's who we are and that's where we are best and known for.

How Gavreel eyes pleads just to give him some good news or let the bad news hit him with one blow! They way he puts his hands on Cairo the was he held him like his scared he'll fly away How Cairo takes his fears and stare into his eyes and intently looks at him to make him focus on him as if to attempt to take his fears away. The way he caress Gavreel arms and chest to comfort and to be present in that moment. And yes I can talk about their chemistry .. but I digress..
No matter how great actors are if the chemistry doesn't work the story fails ,There's a lot of very good actors , but chemistry is something you can't force! No matter how many workshop you do! Either you have it or you dont! That's why it's hard to sell it! It's ligthning in a bottle. A love story is one of the hardest thing to make an audience member get behind with.it has to "real" When it does! It's magic! It's pure Bliss!
