That was part if the plan. She protected Raven the 1st quarter to see how the refs were going to call the game. Once that was understood, then put Raven on her. That was brilliant.

I remember when Raven said that after the Iowa lost last year, she got closer to reading the bible and now she is more grounded. I saw a clip where Caitlin started to take Raven's defense for granted and Raven stole the ball to let Caitlin know that she had come to play and was not intimidated. I saw the clip where Caitlin was showing Raven respect last year and I am glad that Raven started to talk to the God of the Bible more and understanding that God had a bigger plan for her life, and it was to win the National Championship. Victory is mine's saith the Lord. Congratulations to the University of South Carolina Gamecocks.

I am Philadelphia, North Philly proud of the Dawn Staley. She started at Dobbins High School and continued at Virginia. She was a great point guard that could shoot. She also played great defense. Did well as a pro. She is developing a dynasty. She will win many more championships. God bless coach Staley and all her players.❤❤❤❤

I remember Raven getting disrespected in that game last year, when Caitlyn waved her away because she couldn’t shoot from the perimeter. What a difference a year makes because she single handedly worked Caitlyn with her astounding defense.

Whether it's women's sports or mens , there's nothing like being a part of a successful team. Whether it's little league baseball , pop Warner football or college athletics , being part of a team just benefits you so much as a person and in life. So proud of my University. As much as i admire Dawn and her success. My personal belief is that there is no room for biological men in this beautiful life fulfilling sport. GO GAMECOCKS. I love this University, this team , and all these young women.
