I just picked up this game on a whim thanks in part to my one coworker that I play board games with weekly seeing it and mentioning how it's played. I can't wait to play this fun looking game. I also thank you guys for playing it as well as having Dave explain the rules(I've been an avid watcher of this channel and get every game I've ever seen him explain the rules for).
Aside from the Deluxe version of this game, there are also now alternate pads you can get with a crazy color layout for each row... making each row multicolored... to make the game trickier. Those pads are sold separately. If you get the Deluxe version with the dry erase boards, the alternate boards are simply on the flip side of each board. Nikki was asking if there was a "more advanced" version of the game and that somewhat brings that.
I've modded mine out. I "laminated" 5 scoring sheets with shipping tape, and bought dry erase markers. I bring it to my FLGS game nights, and everybody I've taught it to loves it. Such a great, easy, carefree dicechucker filler.
There is now a Deluxe version of this (I believe only available at Target) with dry-erase boards and markers. The flip side of each board also offers the option of a different color layout of each row to make the game trickier, so almost consider it the "advanced" version of the game. heh :-)
The game seems decent, but not amazing… but I LOVED this episode, because all four of you were so much fun in it! Really made me laugh, especially the Qwixxx triple x bit. :D I'm sure everyone was a bit more relaxed because the rules were so simple, so you could just chill out and not concentrate too much!
Ok so I reversed it like 100 times the moment on 18:27, Dave giving Lincoln a Sonic Distress :D EPIC, just can't stop laughing! :D Great job ON THE video this game seems fun !
Didn't they forget to remove green when someone got a sixth in green etc where they had to remove the green die and it was locked for everyone ? Oh wait, they have to have the last box of course...
23:21 "You're up, babe" Is that an in-joke that's completely sailed over my head, or a genuine term of endearment? Never struck me that Dave would call Aaron that. Didn't seem the type of person that says "babe" a lot. (I have no idea what that person is, though, lol).
QuiXXX The Adult Variant: Follow these rules in addition to regular scoring. Use White: Score regularly if active player other players may boo you for being boring Use Red: Strip remove an article of clothing, if you become naked lock out the red row Use Green: Truth, previous player asks you a question you must answer truthfully Use Yellow: Dare, previous player dares you and you must complete the dare Use Blue: Truth or Dare, Your choice of Truth or Dare
For the sake of the video, a yellow die with black spots would have been better. Throughout the whole video, the yellow die is practically impossible to read. Great game, though.
