Very Hyped for this! Was wishing for more new models but Praying that in 2024 we will be spoiled! One can also pray for chaos Dwarfs, Kislev, Khatay to come into the play in a future

My old wood elf army had 120 gladeguard, I can't wait to darken the skies again!

To late for the original right on time for the new one I got into warhammer via total war now this will be my first tabletop

I grew up with this game and lore... this feels like a hug from an old friend.

I love the wheel and turn mechanics, opens up a lot of room for tactical expression!

Had the most fun playing old world. So glad its back now ive got rid of all my old world stuff from back in the day.

Cannot describe how happy I am to see more metal models being released! I know GW never really stopped doing them, but more focused more on plastic/resin but seeing metal kits coming out like this is so good.

Fingers crossed if we get a Reikland set, that Markus Kreuber in his sergeant days is the hero with it.

I'm so happy to see old kits coming back to sale, especially metal kits! I love metal models and I exclusively used models that are from 6th edition at the most modern, so getting a chance to buy these kits new again makes me very happy. The rules seem great too!

as a skaven player I guess I'll be relying on the "sheer weight of numbers" part, hopefully they bring back the skaven slaves unit if only to make a blob of the highest possible amount of rats rush across the field at some hapless sorcerer

Looking forward to getting the Bretonnia box. Only negative thing is the transfer sheet is focused on the one Dukedom instead of giving options for others. So are there going to be other transfer sheets made available at later dates?

I’m so excited for this game. I got into Warhammer via AoS so I never got to play Fantasy. I’ve always wanted to play.

I am going to use my favourite army, which is Orcs And Goblins. The orcs are stronger in melee and the goblins are better in long-range, but Azhag The Slaughterer is way to strong as six trolls.

I'm interested to see how the game turns out. New morale basically makes everyone stubborn, and if they fail modified LD they either scoot back or run back which seems to be to the defender's advantage. It looks like we are going to strict initiative for fighting order, with charger getting a bonus. It kind feels like we are going back to 8th edition, but I hope it all works out.

Would it be crazy to suggest a video game adaptation of this very thing? Minimal figurine animation outside of the movements from A-B? Literally a hand making all the movements to static objects. Maybe some special effects on impact during battle, but otherwise a straight adaptation to capture the table top feel. Yay? Nay?

Blimey this makes me feel old...... I still have the original Bretonnians and Green-Skin Lizards battle-set up in the attic....all painted of course.
