I was so confused about the January 6th context until I got there LMAOOO. Anyway, I wasn't really there for any of this and I'm not in streams or the discord too much, but there's obviously a difference between what friends joke about and what is acceptable for anyone else to joke about. My friends could call me any sort of names and vice versa. That's just what we do. But honestly, let some random person call one of them an idiot and I'm upset immediately. That's generally how relationships work, the closer you are with someone the more comfortable you're with them in general. You allow them to get away with more. It seems pretty obvious to me whenever I see Fadel and Aruu it's mostly jokes. Even when I don't like something said in a GamesCage stream, usually I can separate that feeling from the relationship between the people on there. You can never really tell what's going on in the backend of anything online so I really try to stay clear of that unless it becomes important. This whole beginning segment sort of fires up the neurons. The abuse of therapeutic language to slander someone and label them an abuser is really despicable. And to be like, "Thank god I'm normal!" Shows an incredible lack of empathy for the victim. "I knew she was weird!" Always upsets me in any context. In both these scenarios, you're making it about you because in some sick twisted sense this makes you feel assured in your life. Sidenote: this is why when it comes to serious talks, I stray away from words like crazy, insane, psycho, or any words like that. I wouldn't want to make people feel a certain way at all. You can feel how you feel about anything, especially stuff like this. You shouldn't project these emotions onto other people to paint people in a certain light. There has to be something substantial and worrying, and when there is, you have to handle it delicately. I'll keep it to this because I don't want to write a five page essay on every nuance on what was being talked about. Check in on your friends! Even if it makes you feel like you're annoying, do it!
