one of my favorite games ever made, sadly i have finished all 3 of the parts and i don't really feel like playing them anymore, but all i can remember is i had a blast playing the games, max payne 2 was my favorite, i even speedran it, also i remember MP1 had a Kung-Fu mod which is probably my favorite also i remember the Equilibrium mod in MP2

which one of the fps mod i should download form moddb? one is where you can make it work with kung fu another one is pre build than the last one is only for the nightmare level?

If you get the Max Payne mod manager you could have multiple mods playing together so you can do a first person matrix or punisher or kung fu or multiple different styles so Superman or Spyro max. Or add a mod with tons of tons of guns
