Gamma+ Skin Clipper...Will It Be Worth The Buy? 🤔🤔🤔 

Dope. Maybe not for every barber or every client, but it definitely has it’s place. I see this being a game changer for those with course hair and/or sensitive skin who can’t use razors or foil shavers. I can’t wait for this to drop.

This actually looks pretty dope, I use the extra trimmer right now but, having a dedicated balding clipper is nice. I tried detachables but I don’t like making skin lines with it they feel awkward, will definitely check it out. We have the same addiction to clippers 🤣

Looks like the same body for the boosted, rebel and skin. Are any of the lids interchangeable between the 3 models

I been using a magic clip with a balding blade and cutting blade set it to where I was comfy with it with the leaver on it and just tighten that sucker all the way down where I'd have to throw them to move it and it's been putting in work for a year. The only reason I don't that my housing on my magic clips split where the front screw goes into the cover and it made awful noises and I was like hmmm. Put it on and it actually didn't chatter as much. So win win. Use the old to make something new.

Gamma is moving very fast! I respect their hustle as far as releases. Being a Gamma Ergo(2) X ergo trimmer, Hitters, Uno, wide blade and an Alpha owner. Gamma really should slow down and deliver clippers that'll really last longer. I love my Ergos, but after some intense use (every haircut) they began to lose a lot of power, the screws are cheap and can easily crack the frame. As far as this Skin clipper, Gamma is basically selling a Rebel? WTH!!! Yes, they are..... If this clipper is cheaper than the Rebels, I'll buy them... Saying that I fully understand why Wahl shouldn't and may never release a cordless Balder? The balder was so cheap(price wise) and its too easy to turn it into a bootlegged Magic Clip/Senior... The same here, I would never buy a Rebel, for what?? If you're going to give me the accessories to do it in the box?? Rebels purchase has been cancelled...

I think the botched is a great idea. We all can use back ups. Never know if it breaks for.

Wahl balding was notorious for catching skin. The blade was too sharp. Have you experienced similar with this? Can it be used with the same pressure you would use a trimmer without causing issues? Thanks reggie.

Gamma did what wahl has been slacking on. The balding clipper is 10+ years old and they never made it cordless… I just made my own cordless balding clipper years ago on my magic clip. I just moved the blade over to the 1919 senior now. But the blade needs sharpening so it just sits there for now.. might have to check these out tho.

Reggie, I think it’s a little redundant to have a clipper for balding. I think the contention will ultimately come down to the price. I think Gamma will have tentatively high sale if the $ is low. I’m not getting it, but I think the Pros might consider it.

Not a dick reggie you know me. But I think get a magic clip cordless and put a balding blade on it and then boom you basically have the gamma skin. I think it will be way more affordable tbf you can pick up a magic clip on market place real cheap as well. But great idea from gamma they are really doing good things. For people who aren’t very technical it’s a super great option

Love the innovative nature of the company but this isn't it they're just trying to pump out clippers. No practical use for these they need to focus on quality control over anything else as the charging bases suck and the plastic clipper faces always end up snapping off where the screw is and etc. Now don't get me wrong I love my clippers but they need to be built better
