Bruce Terris is a retired tower controller who worked for NAV CANADA. He was among the team that coordinated the unprecedented landing of 38 aircraft at Gander Newfoundland’s small airport on September 11, 2001. In this second of three interviews, Bruce explains how the town of Gander came together to support the stranded passengers.
