As weird as this sounds a lot of gangsters in the 70’s 80’s and 90’s their parents and grandparents had them in church most Sundays as kids,so we all had a level of respect and morals for our elders and the children. I don’t think the youngsters really have that now.
You know they don't have it. All I ever hear out of their mouth is anti-religious rhetoric. They don't care either. It's nothing for them to flash a burner at a woman coming out of church with her daughter. All to intimidate them.
What’s crazy it was always the OG’s in the late 80s early 90s that streer me away from the streets and gang life and always trying to tell the younger brothers keep playing sports and stay in those books but then again it’s some hardcore brothas with no soul lost in this gang life will smoke you innocent or not,for real
I'm NYC. We Had Crews. I Was Down With My Neighborhood Called "Decatur Crazy Crew" You Can Read The Book Called Bronx Boys. We Were For The Neighborhood Helping Old Ladies With Grocery. U gotta bring up this point in those meetings.. " everybody u lost in your hood, they died living that life. They were apart of the war.. it'll be different if they were nobodies but they weren't.. they were street soldiers that died in combat.. they choose to go to war.. u know what comes with that.. all sides took losses... Y'all hands ain't clean.. y'all took out some of theirs too.. so u gotta get over the loses.. If countries can end a war, sign a treaty and get passed it then wtf is our problem? U don't see America and Japan Still beefin talking bout f*** that they took out the col.. 😂 U don't see the Scotts and Irish lined up Still goin at it with England 😂 Tf is our problem "
*Eastside Low Bottoms sh*t !* _Tappin' in from South Central LA_ Salute to the platform ✊🏾 As a survivor and non-affiliate who is fortunate enough to survive the treachery of the 80's and 90's, I'm glad to see gang banging not as prevalent as it was. The respect is at an all time low in terms of giving passes when rivals are with family from what I've seen.

Its a shame so many brothas died behind bangin, hopefully in the future all gangs can mature, & ain gotta kicc it with each other but be able to unite when it comes to injustice, violence, and terrorism to the blacc man in the neighborhoods in the whole united states not just in Cali when it comes to the True enemy. Power in the people power to the ppl.
@@allenscott68 Exactly. Cats join because they're either from that hood, or has friends or family who's from that hood, or some other influence that makes them wanna join. I don't think there's still many gangs that are actually out here "recruiting",they don't have to homie. The influences do the recruiting for the gangs 🤦♂️🤨🫣.
Imagine they are talking about a problem that has spread to other cities, states and even countries. Melly Mel Dahoodpostman said they are indeed bangin in Paris France. What are they gonna do about that?
Man gang leaders taught me how to survive especially LA culture yeah it was bad and so many homies and innocent children lost their lives from gang violence but I will always have respect for it because that was the only people that taught me how to survive and kept me from making the wrong choices. I grew up around gang members, hustlers, pimps and drug dealer all my life in Chicago. people look at as a bad thing but those was the type of people that help me with money, protection, shoes, clothes whatever I needed
Having an imagination and being open minded helps, understanding the world being bigger than your section, seeing different places, meeting different people from different backgrounds and being curious of other cultures really broadens your horizon.
