@@forelligaming7139 I also believe the hatians possibly been wiped out before the fact they said in vcs that Cubans had gang wars prior to the cholos and the fact the hatians will shoot at the gun runners. Or cholos possibly had a war with the Cubans prior to vcs and the cubans lost that war because cholos we're in little Havana and little Haiti but Cubans had enough power to regenerate and wipe the cholos out then the Haitians found opportunity to form again in 86 then the remaining cholos either flipped to the Cubans/los cabornes or just became gun runners

Vance crime family didnt last long . 1984 - 1986 with them laying low during 1985. Vic died in the beginning of vice city While lance died at the end while Pete is never seen nor was in the Gang .

@@Lupo32 yup I know but never forget that the first emperor of vice city was victor & his gang, they conquered vice city by wiping out most of the gang in vice city & even vercetti crime family only wipes out Diaz gang but vance crime family wipe out trailer park mafia, Mendez cartel, cholos gang, bikers gang, sharks gang, Martinez crew & white stalionez. So in power vance crime family> vercetti crime family but at the end victor leaves his gang because he didn't want to continue the crime & he didn't like crime just like Niko leaves his crime also so that's why vance crime family didn't last long & it doesn't mean that vercetti gang & tommy is less power both r the powerful gangs with the memorable protagonists & Tommy & Victor r the legendary protagonists in all time/ever & most memorable also. Both r the emperor & richest protagonists of the gta era after cj.

And there r many illogical thing gta vc that when the gang ambush after we come to Ken's office if we go to next island it shows that hurricane destroyed the bridge but the fact was we currently come from there & how the hurricane come & destroyed the bridge ultimate fast & second thing is sharks & bikers r wiped out from the city in gta vcs by vance crime family so how they come in gta vc ??? Sharks were such pricks in VCS. Four door suv riding rich kids with cheap Soviet AKs. Wouldn't have been anywhere near as bad if their gang Rancher was two passengers like the regular Rancher.
