I was just listening to Eazys verse on Final Approach to Danger and I had a thought... From the governments prospective that verse was very aggressive. He was talking about overthrowing democracy 😂 listen close. He knew his voice was a threat. He was smart af!
Big big thanks for all the support from listeners. It means a lot! If you'd like to hear my other interview with Eazy (as we drove around Compton after the 1992 L.A. riots), it's on RU-vid too. Hope you enjoy it! ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YXHOK9iPi2Q.html
Thanks Tony! I interviewed more than 60 hip-hop stars for my 1992 book Break It Down -- and Eazy-E was among the smartest friendliest people I met. I'll be sharing more of my interviews in the future, and I hope you like those too.
Thank you for your note! I shared all I've got about Eazy in the two episodes I posted. But I do have some other hip-hop interviews to share later this year. I've got a long one with Ice-T that I'll post this summer. I hope you'll like that one too!
I’m so happy that you enjoyed it. Thanks for your comment. Yup - there’s a second part. Here’s the link on RU-vid: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-YXHOK9iPi2Q.html
