Ito ang version ko ng Bopis na may puso at baga ng baboy na mas pinasarap with paté ( liver spread ). Masarap na pang ulam at patok din na pulutan. Kaya kung nais mong matikman, itry mo na rin ang recipe.
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 pork heart, diced into small pieces
- 2 pork lungs, diced into small pieces
- water
- 3 sliced ginger
- 1 teaspoon whole peppercorn
- 2 dried bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon salt, adjust as needed
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger, finely diced
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 3 teaspoons soy sauce, adjust as needed
- 2 dried bay leaves
- 1 tablespoon annatto powder ( dissolved in 3 tbsp hot water )
- 5 tablespoons vinegar, adjust as needed
- 2 cups water, adjust as needed
- 1 large carrots, diced
- 1 cup raddish ( labanos ), diced
- 1/2 med. size red bell pepper, diced
- Chili flakes, depends on how spicy you want
- Fish sauce, to taste
- 1 can ( 75g ) paté ( liver spread )
- siling verde, optional
