would not recommend to marinate any meat then cook it in oven like that. I get that you want to enhance the flavor of the meat but there is a reason why most people don't do it because you are already BAKING the meat in the oven with it's sauce/rubs with an aluminum wrapper to trap the flavor. and no need to keep brushing those meat every now and then like you are grilling, just let it rest for 3-4 hours to let it tender and absorb all the flavor from the rub/sauce then an additional 20 mins if you want its sauce to caramelized and sticky.

Yes, taas lang po ang init sa oven para lang ma caramelized yung topping na yema dahil yung biko naman po ay luto na.

Baka po natuyuan ng tubig yung naka sahod na baking pan sa ilalim. Sa akin po ay hindi naman mausok nung niluto ko sa oven.

Ang hamonado po na nakasanayan ko ay wala ng gisa-gisa di tulad ng luto sa iba na ginigisa pa sa bawang at sibuyas. Ganyan pong luto ang masarap talaga.

Tried this recipe today super sarap. Nag add lng ako ng cornstarch & lil salt sa tofu para mas crispy pag fry. Masrap tong recipe na ito must try ❤

Maglagay ka ng konting oil sa kamay para maiwasan mong dumikit yung dough pati narin sa working table na pagmamasahan mo ng dough.

Baka po yung oven temperature is too high o kaya hindi masyadong na caramelized yung sugar ng leche flan kaya nung na unmold na ay nagka crack.

This is how we cook paksiw na lechon from leftover lechon baboy. The only difference is that I used pork ribs in this recipe.

Isa yan talaga sa masarap na kakanin, ang palitaw sa latik. Yes tubong Bulacan din po ako kaya mahilig sa kakanin.
