Ganzo G722 First Impressions - New Framelock

Thanks for the video. I was surprised when I found out the G722 is heavier then the G720. Got to love the big boys from Ganzo. I'm trying to decide which one of the two I will get. Leaning toward the G722...

i have the 720 its build out of old tank parts lol great knife, i am having the 722, i love frame locks

I received it yesterday in green. It is an excellent knife, one the best Ganzo . The locking frame lock makes this a more secure than the G720.

That a very cool looking knife except handle texure (axis lock version better) and wight.

Wire EDM is properbly the technique used for the lock bar.

The cutout is probably made with either waterjet, plasma cutter or an electrified cutting thread.

What kind of washers are in these knives? I'm interested in them but want to know

Do you think interchanging the blade/handle with the g720 would be possible? As in, put the 720 blade and possibly one scale side onto the new framelock handle?

ordered mine (the orange G722) by accident, I meant to get the g720 but got this... I pretty much hate the looks/heavy weight of it... it's functional at best for me.. but my gripes with it are subjective. it's a good knife, just not for me.

I like mine, but the grind is asymmetrical. It make the blade tip appear to be slightly bent to one side. Can't be too critical for the price.

I saw another video that the person said the detent was extremely weak and was a safety concern

Lovely knives but in my opinion the weight ruins them, making these series for knives a bit absurd, specially for americans that can purchase Cold Steel Tri-ad locks for a pittance and have a tougher lighter knife. I believe that you reach a point on some features that being good and cheap is not enough. What happened to Enlan? They are not making new models. They tend to be better... "feature balanced"?

These blades are a little big and heavy for edc.

Dang 8 oz ! Make ya walk with a limp.
