My review of the $15 Ganzo G806-BK Knife ( s71.co/3Etcqdc ) out by the Creek. I also found this store which sells both Ganzo Knives and Mora Knives ( ACE KNIFE STORE ( s71.co/3AsigtU ). More useful items are listed under the video for your convenience. Enjoy! :]
Ganzo is a wonderful brand and very affordable, and I carry one of their folders and own several, now that fixed blade is in the cross hairs. ⚖️✨⚖️ Go !! GANZO 🔪
Love the background scene. You are not surrounded by steel high-rises and concrete/asphalt covered ground. There is actual natural wood in the area to use a knife on. And the knife is in all shots, not just a talking face, which seems to be the norm on RU-vid these days. You know how to create videos about knives the proper way. Appreciate your efforts.
A perfect car or toolbox knife. Simple, unassuming and can be destroyed if necessary (using as a pry bar, for instance) without a second thought. This is the kind of all purpose tool you can buy to throw everywhere - just in case. I've always found Ganzo to be high value but this seems to raise the bar.
In my personal need, I need a fixed blade for dirty work where I don't wanna use my good knives. Nowadays I use that Rapala fixed blade you reviewed years ago. I bought two of them and basically use for gardening, light batoning and preparing the garbage to be put out. It gets very neglected. This Ganzo would actually excel at that task if you prefer a non-scandi grind.
According to research, the blade is on the soft side, meaning it won't shatter, it'll bend instead... That in an of itself is good if used for it's intended limits, just the edge retention is a bit on the bad side.
Kinda reminds me of the Condor Terrasaur can't beat that for $15 I've spent more on less before. Great review brother looks like a good blade to toss in a bugout back or car emergency kit
I really do wish I could get most of these blades easily in Canada... that is a very good looking blade, and I really do like 8cr steel. Great review my friend
The design is a winner for sure but they’re missing an opportunity with this 8CR business… VG10 or D2 would have thrust this knife into the spotlight for a lot more people. And the price could have easily increased by 4-5x if that were to be done.
Thanks bro! Slow Cook for about 3 hours with some tamari sauce to brown them, plus ginger, garlic, onion powder. I've had this slower cooker for 5 years now, it works awesome: s71.co/3zssvvq
Hey I wanna buy my first knife can u give me some more recommendations? I am looking to spend around $15, and I am looking for a EDC fixed-blade. please give around 5-7 recommendations.
Check out the Benchmark Backpacker, that is a classic budget friendly easy to carry fixed blade, been around quite a while. Also, the Wartech YC-9107-CH Tactical Neck Knife, that is a nice one for less!
Ahh yes nice knife, I here recently got a rajah 2 aus 10a, I smoothed the texture off with my bravo, I think I'm going to rub beeswax on it it's still rubbing a hole
